Premier Inn Falkirk (Larbert)  

The staff gave us a warm friendly welcome and were very helpful as we didn t really know the area

It was close to where our family were having there wedding dance.

There was nothing I didn't like.

that for a big name brand hotel that you have to pay extra for 24 hoiur wifi would expect it to be included in cost of the stay

The staff were excellent!! Every member of staff we seen at all times of the day and night were happy and friendly. Our room was spotless and the bed was really comfy.

Cleanliness and reliability: We can rely on the standard being the same everywhere and for a very reasonable price (we are retired and 1 of us disabled). Staff: Friendly and helpful Food: Convenient and well prepared at an affordable price.

Nothing really. But the toaster took a long time. (I can see that this is a safety issue).

Excellent all the way especially the reception staff, really make you feel wanted.

The pub next door was good except for the staff at breakfast. Breakfast is 7-9am, you have to beware they may have run out of certain lines if you leave it until 08.30. Lady running the breakfast just could not care!

The beds were large and extremely comfortable. The choice of firm or soft pillows was appreciated. Staff very helpful with all our questions and ordering taxis..

Please spend some money and invest in new toasters to speed up breakfast. Present ones about to give up! Cooked breakfasts very good.

We were greeted in a friendly but not over the top manner. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed huge and the breakfast next door in the Outside Inn was pretty good too.

Room was at top of building with a dormer window, so had little natural light.

Large free car park. Check in was quick and friendly. Large clean room. Well heated. TV, hairdryer, tea and coffee. Pub with meals next door.

Breakfast was a very average buffet.

The car park! And to be fair the room was ok, normal Premier Inn standard.

The pub restaurant next door, truly abysmal customer service. Ended up walking out in the evening and driving across town to the other Premier site which has a Beefeater restaurant next door, this was fine for my evening meal. The breakfast next morning back at the pub next to the Larbert Premier was also pretty poor both in terms of quality and service.

Close to railway &town

Bed was a little hard &fire doors noisy at night

very helpful staff, good location for the motorway.And good food right at the door.

Liked everything about the hotel - i only ever have one fault.

Bigger fluffier towels. I know not essential but it's what i would like.

Close to where we were visiting family members. The Outside Inn was nice enough to relax in the evening.

Shower pressure not great and toilet roll a bit flimsy but all in all as expected. It was functional and that's all we needed this stay.

Great staff who were so helpful and went well and above their call of duty. Unbelievable! They really made the stay and travel worth it! couldn't recommend them more. The room was very comfortable.

We were supposed to get a complimentary breakfast on 1st Jan (according to the email confirmation) but there was a bit of confusion which is still being sorted out. We had to pay for our breakfast in the end. Shower was very bad - barely worked and the pressure was rubbish. Bath was lovely however.

Reasonable priced hotel, with all modern amenities. Had a good nights sleep.

We only had a minor grumble, that being they stated that there was a complimentary mini breakfast due to the date 1st Jan, but it was not available when we had left.

Help was always on hand should you need it. Every member of staff I dealt with were very helpful, polite and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable with every thing you neeeded.

I did not dislike anything about the stay.

Having traveled to Glasgow for a concert with a neighbour whose Sister lives in Larbert, it was the ideal place to stay overnight. A two minute drive to her Sister's home. It was my first visit to a Premier Inn and I can not fault the accommodation. The reception ladies were a credit, very helpful. Thank you.

Nothing to moan about!!!!!!!

Thought the bed was very firm and that the price for a Sunday night when quite was nowhere near £29.

The location was perfect for visiting our friends. It was clean and the breakfast service at the adjacent building was great.

The cleaners smoking outside, they were all huddled in a group smoking. It was off putting.
