Comfortable, clean good value. Room faced an all night petrol station which had a loose grating on the exit road. Every time a vehicle left the station it sounded like someone was rattling a metal bucket outside my window. Steak was overcooked and the television in the bar doesn't work properly so no football.

Friendly and proffessional reception and housekeeping staff. Room facilities all in good order and comfortable bed. Large pub/restaurant next door with a wide choice of food and drink at sensible price. Poached eggs for breakfast were perfect. Seems to be a number of contractors staying there which in itself is not the slightest problem but when they come to the restaurant unwashed and in their torn and dirty workclothes then it is slightly offputting. However the pub is plenty big enough to have some space to yourself.

Location meant it was so quite. Room was perfect, clean, modern, bes hotel bed ever, flat screen tv with all the channels. Location half way between edinburgh & glasgow which meant we saw both cities. Its best to have a car if staying in this hotel as its pretty rural

Everything. The room air conditioning was perfect, bed exceptionally comfortable, very quiet location, great bath with shower over bath, fresh towel every day, great staff. Excellent value booking on line and included full breakfast. Great dining in the evening, with theme night every night or a la carte. We are from Australia and visited family in Scotland, and we will be back again next year and we will stay at the Premier Inn at Kincardine. Thank you.

Very basic, but clean and convenient with helpful staff. We were attending a wedding in Alloa at 2pm but reception organised an early check-in so we had enough time to get ready. They also sorted out a taxi to get us to the wedding on time. The adjoining bar/restaurant - staff are incredibly rude and the food is terrible. We arrived at 10.45am, having organised an early check-in at the Premier Inn. We went next door to have some brunch and before we'd even got the words out of our mouths, were practically laughed out of the door by some snotty little waitress who sacrastically snapped: 'Breakfast is finished. No food til lunch'. Thankfully, Kincardine is not far away so we hopped in the car and went to a little tearoom called the Bridge Cafe and had an excellent breakfast with free coffe top-ups for less than £5. We'd prepaid the £8.50 for breakfast the morning after our stay so went to the restaurant. We wish we hadn't. The food was terrible - absolutely tasteless (I suspect microwaved as it was soggy), dirty plate, poor selection, ridiculously overpriced - and the service wasn't much better - miserable waitress chewing gum.

As one could expect from Premier Inn, it is comfortable, very clean, and staff is very helpful. If you need to quickly check your email, first 30 minutes of WiFi are free. Then you have to purchase extra time, or go to the pub/restaurant next door to get it for free. Speaking of restaurant: it has thematic nights (all you can eat buffets) and kids (up to 15 year old!) have a free breakfast if you buy full cooked breakfast. All in all, provides good value for money. Location: although it is called "Falkirk North" it is quite tricky to get to Falkirk, even on car. We stayed there for one night so it was ok for our purposes (travelling around Scotland) but I wouldn't describe it as a convenient "base" to explore anything. This is something to consider. The quad room in this hotel (2 adults and 2 children) cost me £78 and this was the cheapest Premier Inn around. I was able to book exactly the same quad room in Premier Inn on the outskirts of Leeds for £47.
