Disabled room only sleeps two? Why?
Easy to find, far from the town but near the highway, so perfect if you'd like to arrive without trouble. Kindly staff, room clean and warm, big and very clean bathroom, all the confort. Free wi-fi, free parking outside. Really good price/quality ratio, maybe a small breakfast included could be perfect.
Comfortable bed, size of room, facilities.
The shower could of been better, more powerful.
The room was comfortable although the bed lights were a bit dim. The staff were really nice.
Close proximity to petrol station was awful. Far too noisy - even throughout the night. When I booked I booked 2 rooms - one for me and one for my son ,his wife and 2 children. Expected to be either next to them or at least on the same floor.
Free wifi, v good value food at restaurant. Quiet room.
staff were super friendly and helpful. Cheap and easy to find. Plenty parking
hotel is a bit dated. could do with a refresh. 2nd foldout bed was hard. Breakfast was poor. took far too long and was not the best quality. compared to other premier inn breakfast's i have had this was the worst.
clear guidance e.g. ask at reception for extra tea / coffee / towels etc. 24 hour staff availability friendly and helpful staff
didn't realise the restaurant would be so busy on a Saturday night after it being v quiet on the Friday - would have like to have been warned about it / or advised that it was quieter after the 'all you can eat' session
It was our 50th wedding anniversary and we have had a lovely time.Helped very much by the friendly staff.Thank You all.
Everything about the hotel was great, from the staff to the detail of the rooms.
efficiency of staff.Ease of booking online. Most comfortable bed . No Lenny Henry!!!
It is a road Hotel but in good localitation, near to Falkirk, and Linlithgow. We had a good stage, but the waiter in restaurant have a limitet know of the english lenguaje less tan me :). If you don`t andestand somthing, take care easy, they don`t know any synonymous, but they can repeat hundreds times the same Word that you don't know.
They say that the kids have free breakfast,, it isn't true they have pay the same price than adults.
Needs a little attention. Still on the old beds but my sleep was good enough. Asked for a nice quiet room and was given Room No 1 outside the lift. !!!
price free parking next to teh hotel there is gas station and restaurant which is handy
it is next to the highway
The fact that I was disabled was not an issue, the facility's they we place we stayed in,gave us were fab, every thing was made easy for me,no hassel at all,the staff were very helpful, and made our stay really good it is a shame we could not take that hotel with us to the n
Locality of the inn and very friendly staff.
The stains on the carpet and lack of sockets near the bed.
Distance from good restaurants
the staff were so pleasant, friendly and very welcoming.
although the room was fine the bathroom could have been cleaner with old toothpaste still around the sink area and also the runner on the bed was dirty and required changing
Premier Inns standard and easy access from Motorways etc
nice rooms, chirpy receptionist, clean and cosy, option of sheets to replace duvet if too hot
strange set up in brewers arms next door. Breakfast was great, but dinner was hard work. want you to order at the bar then put one poor lad on the till. He earned his crust, lots of other staff around doing not a lot. just take peoples order, you will make more money and we will be happier!
very handy place to stay nice and central for visiting sights of intrest during our holiday
nothing everything was verry good
staff was very helpfull
night time somebody were very loud in corridor,
Close to Falkirk wheel
Basic facilities in room and overpriced particularly in comparison to the B&B we then spent the next 3 nights up in the Highlands.
This is the second time we have stayed at this Premier Inn and enjoyed the experience. What we like about Premier Inns in general, and we have stayed at quite a few, is that you get exactly what you pay for and expect. Good value for money!
