In Falkirk’s countryside, 14th-century Airth Castle Hotel enjoys a peaceful setting. Once owned by the family of Robert the Bruce, it has a luxury spa, an elegant restaurant and stylish rooms.

Everything about the hotel was great, from the staff to the detail of the rooms.
It is a road Hotel but in good localitation, near to Falkirk, and Linlithgow. We had a good stage, but the waiter in restaurant have a limitet know of the english lenguaje less tan me :). If you don`t andestand somthing, take care easy, they don`t know any synonymous, but they can repeat hundreds times the same Word that you don't know.
They say that the kids have free breakfast,, it isn't true they have pay the same price than adults.
Needs a little attention. Still on the old beds but my sleep was good enough. Asked for a nice quiet room and was given Room No 1 outside the lift. !!!
price free parking next to teh hotel there is gas station and restaurant which is handy
it is next to the highway
The fact that I was disabled was not an issue, the facility's they we place we stayed in,gave us were fab, every thing was made easy for me,no hassel at all,the staff were very helpful, and made our stay really good it is a shame we could not take that hotel with us to the n
Locality of the inn and very friendly staff.
The stains on the carpet and lack of sockets near the bed.
Distance from good restaurants
the staff were so pleasant, friendly and very welcoming.
although the room was fine the bathroom could have been cleaner with old toothpaste still around the sink area and also the runner on the bed was dirty and required changing
Premier Inns standard and easy access from Motorways etc
nice rooms, chirpy receptionist, clean and cosy, option of sheets to replace duvet if too hot
strange set up in brewers arms next door. Breakfast was great, but dinner was hard work. want you to order at the bar then put one poor lad on the till. He earned his crust, lots of other staff around doing not a lot. just take peoples order, you will make more money and we will be happier!
very handy place to stay nice and central for visiting sights of intrest during our holiday
nothing everything was verry good
staff was very helpfull
night time somebody were very loud in corridor,
Close to Falkirk wheel
Basic facilities in room and overpriced particularly in comparison to the B&B we then spent the next 3 nights up in the Highlands.
This is the second time we have stayed at this Premier Inn and enjoyed the experience. What we like about Premier Inns in general, and we have stayed at quite a few, is that you get exactly what you pay for and expect. Good value for money!
The location was very handy and easy to find managed to see what we went for plus a trip to Edingburgh as not far by car.
Very handy for local sites Extremely helpful staff
The bed because I had a good sleep.
Great hotel, warm friendly staff and comfy room.
Car park a little noisy
Being outside busy town centre. Very handy for motorways. Only took me just over 4 hours to travel from Stockport (Manchester) to Premier Inn Falkirk North. Meeting up with my relatives at Polmont and enjoying dinner at Chianti's Restaurant.
I still would have liked a softer pillow, even though there was supposedly a firm pillow and a softer one. I'll bring my own next time.
Friendly staff Free Wifi Good shower
surrounding area: roads, petrol station and stinky outside
friendly helpful staff large room very comfy bed and crisp white cotton duvet and pillows plenty of in room tea and coffee sachets good tv reception handy for the motorway to Stirling near to frequent rail link to Edinburgh and Glasgow very reasonable price
fan in bathroom was noisy when being used
Excellent location - easy to find - Brewers Fayre just next door for breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful and let us check in early as rooms happened to be ready. Rooms are basic but clean and are equipped with what you need for overnight stay (TV, kettle and tea/coffee/milk, hair dryer, electric fan). We would definitely stay again.
Service at the Brewers Fayre was quite slow. We ate there in the evening and had to constantly ask where our meals and desserts were. Likewise at breakfast we had to wait quite a while for it to arrive but we were able to order what we wanted and in whatever quantities we wanted!
Very practical and functional hotel. Convenient location, with good motorway access to Stirling, Edinburgh and Edinburgh airport. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to assist (1) with our laundry needs, and (2) with online check-in and printing of boarding passes for our onward flight. Since no formal facilities were available for either requirement, I was very favourably impressed by the helpfulness of the staff in providing solutions. Rooms are clean and spacious. Meals are perfectly acceptable and decent, if not very exciting.
The restaurant arrangements seemed strange to us at first, but no doubt they are cost-effective and this helps keep prices reasonable. One is expected to order and pay at the bar on arrival, and only then sit down at the table to which one has been led. The waitress who allocated our seating gabbled something very rapidly in a broad local accent. Her little speech seemed unimportant, so we ignored its incomprehensibility. (We do speak English as first language, though not the Scottish dialect.) Result: we sat waiting for service for 15 minutes, without any response at all from the staff, until I collared a passing waiter and complained. He was very apologetic and polite, and explained the system carefully. After that there were no problems. It would be better to describe the "restaurant" as a "pub", to avoid confusion, since it operates more like a pub that serves meals. Alternatively, the waitresses should be trained to speak slowly to new arrivals.
Staff at reception were excellent
slow service at the bar (it was not busy) Came back at 11:30 to find the bar was shut
