Staff very friendly Room very spacious

hard to operate shower controls - could do with written instructions on which knob to turn and which way to turn it - nearly scalded myself.

I booked a quad room because a friend was going to join me later and it was the right choice. We had plenty of room, the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean.The restaurant was next door and included a pub. All the staff, including the ones in the restaurant were helpful and friendly. A very enjoyable stay.

As an elderly person, I would have liked to have a walk-in shower, which would save me climbing in and out of the bath. There was no anti-slip mat in the bath either which would have helped.

We were able to book a quad room which was so much better than being squeezed into a double bed or our children using a pull-out sofa bed. The staff were excellent & the fact that there were two colouring activity packs including crayons in the room (ready for our daughters) was a lovely touch & was very much appreciated.

Handicapped room - mirror too low vending machine didnd't work atm didn't work due to a mistake of the hotel, our reservation was deleted - was not handled well at all.

The friendly staff and it was generally clean and quiet

The bathroom had a terrible smell which we had to deaden with perfume and the shower was no great. We had two small children with us and were placed at the far end of the hotel meaning the children had to be controlled continuously from running along the corridors loudly to get to the room. The additional beds were not comfortable.

Reception was warm and friendly-staff very helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Value for money.

Bit further out of Fleet than indicated on the website. Double Room but only 1 set of towels in the bathroom.

Friendly & courteous staff

It suited the purpose of my business trip, the restaurant next door was excellent and breakfast excellent too. All staff friendly and helpful, plenty of hot water

For the first night the room was very cold as the thermostat didn't work so didn't have a good nights sleep and had tobsit in my coat, however this was sorted for the second night with a fan heater

At £100 per night it was not great value for money Wi Fi was intermittent Food was bland

Receiptionist, well useless as much good as a chocolate teapot!! Couldn't find our booking and told us we weren't on the system and waited about 15 - 20 minutes to check in. Room only had 1 Bath towel / 1 hand towel for double room.

All of it in but particulalyr the friendly staff and the excellent breakfast choice and quality in the adjoining Monkey Puzzle.

we all thougth that the food was very good and that the staff were very polite and helpful

sorry but the rooms we all had the same opinion that they were very cold,which mostly at night made it very difficult to have A good nights sleep,we did advise the girls on reception who tried very hard to help,for us. to have travelled from the north it spoiled our stay.it made us all very irritable with each other .it was good that we were not in the rooms very long and couldnt wait to come home.so all in all it spoilt what should have been A nice break for our mum to have seen her great grand daughter.

Location and comfort plus value for money.

I would have preferred the breakfast being available earlier, 0630 was a little late for me.

My husband is disabled and like other Premier Inns we have stayed at, we find the facilities and helpfulness of the staff excellent.

in a good location, fairly central, but far enough from main roads so that noise was not a factor. rooms clean and food excellent, though basic

Friendly staff , well designed with the resteruant adjacent and good value with the meal deals and thought they catered well for chidren

great welcome at reception. Room was clean and comfortable.

Although I had booked into a double room, there were only towels for one person.
