Informative and helpful staff member helped us on arrival. Easy parking.
Disabled access room meant a wet room bathroom. Unfortunately this didn't drain well and lead to all areas of the bathroom being wet underfoot.
Convenient location as a stop over on the way to Dorset and beyond. Friendly staff, good food, guarantee of a comfortable and undisturbed night's sleep, great value for money.
I believe this is a new hotel. The design would benefit from a dividing door or similar between reception and the dining room/bar. Enjoyment of our evening meal was spoiled somewhat by proximity to reception and the conversations taking place between staff and customers booking in and checking out. Otherwise no negatives thank you.
Clean and comfortable
Only 1 hand towel and not much tea/coffee in room
Everything was excellent, well positioned for our journey to Sandhurst on the following morning Breakfast was excellent and set me up until lunch The lack of a good nights sleep was my normal problem and was not caused by anything in the hotel, bed was extremely comfortable
no socket in the bathroom for electric razors. Food a little bit on the expensive side
Quietness, Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, nice breakfast, friendly staff
price, sofa no overly comfortable but functionable
On arrival reception staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable.
Breakfast dining area too small to cope with customers. Only one Chef on hot breakfast counter unable to cope with keeping the tray counters filled with food.
The young men who greeted us were pleasant and courteous in the right way ie no overboard! I always ask for Premier Inn when a company wants to use my services now.
Good clean comfortable rooms as usual Good staff attention and knowledge Great electronic registration Good idea doing the 'restaurant' yourselves it is value added for you and convenience for us, especially as there are no other convenient restaurants nearby.. Enjoyed our two night stay.
The restaurant staff were very keen, polite and helpful but running a bit 'Cafe' , If you intend to sell the idea of 'Restaurant' you need a professional restaurateur to train staff to behave so. Items on the menu need to be highlighted if not available. Ordered Telegraph not there second day though after apologies someone went out for one 'Chef'....problems ok but 1 hour wait for a Burger and a curry ??
Comfy Clean Good service Great breakfast
Room was spacious and really comfortable. No noise from outside.
Soundproof room, aircon, extra pillows (soft or firm), cleanliness
The bath LEAKED! Breakfast was also stressful, as the cooking facilties seemed much too small for the demands and frequency of all the customers. They cooked each person's egg to order! - hence, long queues of hungry people holding plates of rapidly-cooling bacon etc while waiting ages for their eggs. Help-yourself dish of scrambled egg was tiny, and of course emptied in seconds; then a very long wait for it to be refilled. Kitchen staff looked very disgrunted and did not seem to be trying to work fast either.
Fab staff informal and friendly attentive and helpful without being sugary and over the top - brill Breakfast super lots of choice, bed and bathroom superb rooms were all full but still quiet and relaxing nights sleep for 3 nights
Nothing to dislike
Excellent choice for breakfast. Plenty of parking. Very close to Fleet railway station if needed. Very clean. Opportunity for special requests at time of booking, so we asked for extra tea, coffee and milk as we are BIG tea drinkers.
Electronic check in didn't recognise our booking number. Prices inflated due to Farnborough airshow (we presume). At time of booking, with two months notice, there were apparently few rooms available. When we arrived, the hotel was quite empty. There were evening 'meal deal' offers including a free breakfast only seen when we where at the hotel.
Value for money. Very calm.
No mini bar.
we were going to a wedding at Whitney Hartley. Premier Inn Fleet made it easy for us to get to and from the venue. good choice of breakfast. and friendley staff.Comfortable clean room.
Fleet road was not the best area but it suted our needs for a short stay.
Quiet, spacious pleasant clean room, Free inclusive parking
.The STAFF, (including housekeeping who kept us and others waiting for more than 15 minutes whilst they larked about in the lift). Generally the staff were impersonal, off-hand, made it quite clear they couldn't care less and downright inefficient. . Food in the restaurant awful - dripping in oil and the waiter kept trying to take our plates away whilst we were still eating. .No shaving point in room - ridiculous . Being 'checked in' by a machine (which didn't work), not a person,
Location excellent and staff very welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Disappointed in the restaurant as had a poor evening meal. They didn't expect to be busy and when they were, couldn't meet demand.
Great, quick check in and check out!
WiFi Internet not really free! (30-mins WiFi is nothing for a businessman)
The hotel room was well appointed, large and newly furnished.
Staff were friendly but not over keen on customer service. I wanted to eat in my room, but was told that they would not carry a tray of food to my room. I was able to do this myself, but with some difficulty, balancing two large plates on a tray along with an opened bottle of soft drink. The cleaners spent a good amount of time gossipping with their cleaning trolley wedged in the door of th elift, causing a queue of patrons waiting for the lift, and listening to them gossipping in the lift well. most annoying! The bed was comfortable but the door stuck on my room and needed hard shoves to open. Lots of slamming doors didn't help and sound proofing needs to be improved.
The room and bed were very confortable. The restaurant was also very nice and the breakfast very complete a good quality.
Very pleased with our Breakfast. High quality ingredients. Staff very friendly and efficient.
Car park spaces rather small.
Clean rooms. Cheap internet. Dinner hamburger. Simple hotel but ok.
No 24h service.
We loved the breakfast The bowls of fruit were so clean and appetising My poached eggs were just right
I asked for a kng size bed and that meant we got an invalid room Very good room but a bit sparce because it was for invalid chairs etc
Clean, tidy - lots of help from staff
