Great place to dray for longleat, good value for money.
Paying for wifi
If it wasn't for 3 in the bed it would of been a comfortable night . Facilities where good breakfast was great
Kids bed very uncomfortable real shame would of been a really relaxing stay after a long day at longleat safari
The Premier Inn, Frome, were very helpful as our son has ADHD and has to sleep with us. They did not mind that there were 5 in a family room designed for 4. Excellent customer service
You were able to feel the springs sticking out on The double bed and one single bed.
Nice large TV. A bath and a shower. Nice to have a choice. Food was very tasty.
We were not informed when checking in, that u needed to book table for dinner and breakfast. So when we webt fir dinner, we were told we either had an hour wait for a table, or eat in our room. Neither practical with a young child.
Good easy location to find and bery near to Longleat so didn't have to rush off quickly in the morning. Lovely table table restaurant attached too... brilliant breakfast! :)
Even with several fans in room (which was great) room was still quite hot.... and the weather wasn't overally so would imagine it gets unbearable when it is.
The staff were very friendly especially at breakfast. The breakfast was really tasty.
The hotel was very nice but I think the family room we stayed in should not have been so close to the bar as it was extremely noisey until 1.30am.
The food we had in the evening and breakfast was very taste and staff were very helpful with the children's tea
General cleanliness and comfort
Lack of support (handles etc) in shower. Having to reserve a table for breakfast
The pub next door was excellent.
The rooms were too hot to sleep in and far too small for a family of 4.
I was impressed that the room we sleapt in and the bathroom had flashing light fire alarm installed. I am Deaf and this is reassuring for me.
It was warm but there were fans available to use.
Was close to where we were visiting.
Corridor was very loud from quite early! I have children, but would expect other parents to keep the noise down.
There was everything we needed and good helpful service
The room smelt a bit like someone had smoked in there and as it was consistently 24-26 degrees C in the room it was a bit too warm. There were two fans in the room but made little difference
The room was ideal. Staff were very friendly and accommodating
Location to longleat clean nice sized room Convenient accomodating restaurant
Air conditioning would be good in the summer
Room was fine, suited us as just needed a base and bed for the night. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of tea/ coffee provided for the rooms as well as pillows and a fan. Check in and out very quick. Not a great outlook but that wasn't necessary for our trip . Very good breakfast
The service in the attached restaurant needs to be improved. I went in with 2 small children at 7pm and had to ask about our mains at 8.30 as hadn't arrived. The following evening was better. Food was fine once it arrived.
The room was to hot, smelt unpleasant. Had to pay to use Wifi. And was very noisy at night time with other guests.
A good place to stay when visiting Longleat
The proximity to Longleat was great, only a 10 minute drive. We had a great evening meal and breakfast at the adjoining restaurant, which catered for young children very well. Have already recommended to friends.
Quite expensive at £100+ for one night.
On arrival for a family party we had 2 adults & 2 young children. We were expecting 2 rooms joined together as in the pictures when we booked, only to find 1 room with a double, single and a "fold up" bed all squashed together. We had to climb on the bed from the foot end and there was a gap at the top of one bed with no headboard. It left hardly any room to move about to get changed. The receptionist said that for what we wanted we would be charged for a second room at £100 + !! Breakfast was also not included. We asked for a refund and left. Had to stay at families house on the sofa and floor.
Good location Great food Friendly staff
Long wait for food orders Bit on the dear side for food and drinks
Family rooms great. Double bed and 2 singles . Bit squashed but ok for 1 night. All very clean. Shower fab. Pub next door was good too.
Comfortable and clean.
Very long wait to be served our dinner, with children becoming impatient.
Rooms were very hot despite 2 fans and open windows. Bar and eating area are air conditioned but bedrooms are not
-Very welcoming and friendly staff at breakfast and reception desk - Lots of parking availability - outdoor area for dining - very clean and tidy - good breakfast
- No air-con in the rooms which were very hot due to exceptionally hot weather, however the hotel provided two fans as standard in all of the rooms
