the staff and service very friendly room very clean I would stay here again without any hesitation
Hotel staff and bar staff were lovely. Beds were comfy and clean!!!!
The staff were welcoming and polite. They helped with any issues and took an interest into why we were there and helped with anything which we needed. Breakfast was quick and easy. Checking in and out was fast.
Liked happy helpful staff, very clean, spacious room
Comfortable beds very nice facilities excellent breakfasts staff very helpful and friendly
Only slight complaint was that the chefs could not keep up with demand for Saturday breakfast so there were long queues
Room was clean and comfortable.all staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.
Booking.com do not inform travelodge number of guests only rooms so they were expecting 2 adults when we booked for 2 adults and 6 children. Was sorted out by travelodge manager who said you should never book through booking.com!
I had to pay for the two kids breakfasts when "kids eat free" at every premier inn with a full paying adult. Also the air con didnt work in the room making it very uncomfortable to sleep in.
Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, was looking a bit grubby. But rest of room was lovely!
Friendly staff. really comfortable Room. Childrens needs met after a long day out. Would not hessitate to book here again.
Very friendly staff at the restaurant and clean, comfy room
i am sure most people will write this not being able to get breakfeast till 10.30 is terrible service
premiur inn allways a high standard
When booking online I booked breakfast. On going for breakfast in the morning I had to wait 20 minutes because I had not booked a table. Very irritating.
bed was old mattress not comey manger gave money back
clean+lots of car parking stayed at this hotel before
we had booked to visit longleat safari park and the best think was The frome premier inn was very local, staff were friendly and helpful and hotel itself was very welcoming
Price of breakfast, free wifi wasn't the best
Cleanliness of room, comfort of bed, location
I was a bit annoyed that we had people above us who were stamping throughout the night, which meant my son got disturbed. Restaurant gets very packed in the evenings so must book otherwise will not get a table. This should be stated on arrival
I liked the beds were quite comfortable to was a good size especially for children this worked in our favour.
Food was very good, good service, good all round
Location and building site next door
Convenient location for our trip
Food at Flyer was very average, it was very busy to be fair but we sat for 45 mins with tired children before we were served. Asked for a medium t-bone steak got a very well done steak! Location not the best for general walking or other eateries as in there are none, but location for longleat is excellent
Room and bed was fantastic
No local shops or kids facilities.
Staff couldn't be any more helpful thank you.
We were very disappointed that we were not informed on a Wednesday even checkin that the restaurant would be fully booked until 7.45pm. Having driven over 3 hours to get to the Premier inn Frome with two young children, we could not wait until 7.45pm for them to eat. So after the extremely long and tiring drive we had to get the children back in the car and find a fast food outlet for our dinner. Which may I add was my husbands birthday and the whole reason for the stay, so it would have been a lot nicer if we had been able to eat at a good restaurant for his birthday meal rather than a fast food outlet that we could eat at any time. The thing that reay annoyed me is that we approached the restaurant at 5.50pm and there were many tables available however told that they were booked for people coming at 7pm. I assured the lady that being we travelled very far and had two children, we would eat and be off the table by 7pm. However she said it was not possible. When we returned at 7.30pm from having finally found a Pizza Hut to eat, the same table were still available. We paid over £100 to stay at the hotel and it was immediately spoilt when we were turned away from the restaurant at check inn, esp as it was for my husbands birthday.
Comfort of the room and all you can eat breakfast
well looked after the whole weekend
Nothing really bad to say about the hotel apart from location which is approximately three miles out of Frome in the middle of an industrial estate which is being established - quiet at weekends,
Very nice and new clean room and hotel - with the convenience of walking through to the restaurant/bar which had a very nice varied menu to suit all
The shower didn't work very well at all. We had to book all meals which was a nightmare they should have reserved spaces for people staying at the hotel
The breakfast was good & the room was ok
