It was just what you need after a day out, a night away too!! Lovely thank you
Building works around. Bed was uncomfortable. Had to go down to reception for towels.
Every thing was excellent apart from see below
Mattress on bed wasn't comfortable found it a bit to hard for us
Room size, restaurant, the staff and it was very close to longleat :)
Some cars were double parked so that was annoying, we ran out of tissue, it was very loud in the hallways... people running up and down drunk.
The fact that we were not told that the hotel is a building site. There was scaffolding outside the windows of our room. The workmen who were obviously staying at the hotel had little or no respect for the fact that it was a hotel and carried all the mud etc up the stairs and along the corridors. Not a very enchanting place to spend our 50th wedding anniversary.
Restaurant convenient as no nearby restaurants
No phone in room if u need something. Need to go down go reception.
Room was spacious and clean. Warm welcome and made to feel at home. Lovely breakfast - set us up for the day. Even though building work was going on outside, when inside you would not even notice it was going on.
The receptionist I thing was Nathalie went way beyond the call of duty to make us welcome, and all the other staff I spoke to in passing seemed to be enjoying their job and were pleasant.
There is nothing we could critasize about our stay.
It was smart and clean with modern décor. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was a good size with all the basics and a very nice bathroom.
The bed was really uncomfortable! Hard and lumpy, so I didn't get a very good nights sleep at all. The car park was quite small, so I found it difficult to find a space as it was very busy. Could have done with a few more options for tea and coffee etc. . . only a couple of tea bags and coffee satchets.
Quiet location and perfect for our visits to Longley and Bath, excellent restaurant next door with very polite staff. Staff at Premier Inn were also very polite and helpful.
Bed - unfortunately both my wife and I found the bed hard and uncomfortable. We were provided with additional covers however this did not really help - I literally could not sleep on it on the 2nd night. We appreciate beds are personal to the individual but at other Premier inns we have stayed at ie Gatwick the beds were soft and totally different. Disappointing but other than that everything else was very good indeed.
Meal deal excellent value for money as restaurant was very good for dinner.
Breakfast chaotic. Had not prepared for the numbers involved. Altho to be fair the food itself was good once it arrived.
Staff were all friendly
Took a while to get served at dinner. Breakfast only average
A lovely welcome on reception
I like a firm bed, but this bed was almost like sleeping on the floor!
Good sized room. Nice breakfast room and a good breakfast
Industrial estate location with work in progress both in and around the hotel. Hotel Post code very generic. So Sat Nav unhelpful to locate the hotel. No phone in room TV volume throttled down to just above a whisper.
Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean (checked obscure places!) Food was good in the restaurant attached to the hotel and reasonably priced. Would go again and recommend for visit to Longleat.
Wifi wasn't really worth it
Breakfast was great Staff friendly Clean room
Room too hot Despite booking for 3, room had 4 beds. Really cramped. Not really big enough to accommodate 4! Car park not big enough- but may be related to building work as they extend.
A pub next door
The tv did not work on arrival after having to wait in a q to check in...staff sorted though. Beds are far to hard felt like an iron board which left me with sore back. Water was not very hot to bath and shower. Also shower had no water power to it at all.
I made a mistake on my booking with booking.com and the member of staff on reception on Thursday 30th couldn't have been more accomodating and helpful. The pub manager and staffs service was outstanding our food was really good quality and the service was prompt and polite
All good except we had to move rooms due to a lack of signal for wifi in one of our room. However the staff were very helpful and let us move straight away
Room and Premier Inn staff very good. Perfect for our requirements. Overnight stay before a day out at Longleat.
The service in the restaurant was awful. So slow - both in the evening and for breakfast. Very polite and friendly but far too slow.
Nice comfortable room
Stayed here with my partner and 4 year old son for one night while visiting longleat. The staff were really friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome. The restaurant was well priced, the staff were lovely and even let us take pudding back to the room. Very close to longleat. We would stay here again.
The WiFi connection was appalling and not worth paying for.
My training course I had been booked onto was cancelled as I arrived and the staff were very helpful in reducing our stay and refunding me for one might.
The other visitors on our floor were extremely loud very early in the morning with families running and shouting between 2 rooms.
I loved the friendly welcome staff couldn't do enough. The restaurant was lovely too. Beth was a fantastic host and fabulous with my children. Wonderful breakfast and a quiet comfortable room. We will be back x x
Ideal location for a trip to longleat !!!!
Room was small for a family of 4 and misleading when it says includes breakfast. Which we paid nearly £40 extra for ! When we get there breakfast is priced at a lower rate and apparently kids eat free !!! So was disappointed to have paid the extra when I should of paid for the room separate to breakfast would of worked out cheaper !
