Clean, quiet room. Comfortable beds.
Room was warm and stuffy, even with window open. Breakfast was over cooked and greasy. Hotel shuttle from airport only runs during limited hours contrary to information on website.
Lack of air con, room was very hot, despite a fan being present. The booking was for two rooms, with other family members in the second room, and they also found the same problem. Have stayed at this Premier Inn previously, along with another at Beckton, and also at Manchester recently. All have the same problem, which will deter any future visits.
Largish family room. Very clean and functional

Last night between 30/7 & 31/7 Noisy people from a party until 0230. We had to leave early 0730 Not much sleep for us. Not at all acceptable. Weather too hot to have window shut.
There is a Premier Inn right at the airport which is where we thought this was located, but we needed a taxi to get there from Gatwick Airport, so location for airport not great. Hotel worked out well and nice pub on premises.
Staff were excellent. Everything very clean
No air conditioning on the hottest night of the year
The fact it is located in an old manor. Quiet and comfortable.
The beakfast was better at the premier inn dover a20.
The staff was very helpful. Great restaurant, good food. Clean, attractive spacious rooms.Quiet.
Had to pay for more than 30 min of WIFI.
I did like everything it was clean the people that works there is friendly. Really nice environment.
I did like the fact that you need to pay for the wifi thats all! :)
the room was comfortable, although a little hot. [ a fan was provided but rather noisy.] comfortable bed and large room , excellent bathroom lovely big bath. overall enjoyed staying here.
we had to pay an extra £8.75 each for breakfast on top of the £72 for the room. The service at breakfast wasn't good. One had to make own tea/coffee , would've been nice to have pot of tea bought to our table. evening meal had to go back as was cold and also no vegetables were served with the lamb dish [ which was 14.99 ]
The room was clean and airy - and thought it very good that the fan had been left on with the curtains closed which had kept the room cool on what was a very hot day.
the room was booked for two people but only one set of towels in the room so had to ask for another set at reception - the noise from the adjacent pub that went on to at least midnight - no electricity when we got to room on second evening and being told to click the switches twice and it would come back on - it didn't - rang to reception who then said they would send someone up - whilst waiting we saw some other switches above the wardrobe about 6 inches from the ceiling - we got onto a chair and that was the switches we should have clicked - then the person sent up knocked on the door and we said we had managed to find the switch - on booking out the next morning we explained the problems to the person on reception and said I did not think it was our place to stand on a chair to sort out the problem - she agreed and said she would look into it - she also said she would see about having our money refunded and this would take 3-4 days - I then had a call from someone who knew about the problem and he was just checking what had actually happened and he told me never to stand on a chair again - he also said that we would be getting a refund - I await the money being put into my account. My friend and I were there for a craft event on the Sunday but took advantage of an extra night - we both with our families regularly use Premier Inns but cannot say that we are that keen to use them again in the near future - Hopefully with the refund being forthcoming we will reconsider using them again. Staff on reception was extremely helpful, happy, organised and efficient which is what I needed at 3am after delayed flights home and getting lost finding the place etc. Lovely location to wake up to. Wonderfully comfortable and clean.
big rooms, clean, good location for airport
hard beds, noise from car park, no air con! noiset fans only
Staff was extra friendly! We were really tired when we arrived at the hotel but the lady at the reseption was so happy and friendly that our tiredness just went away! The hotel was totally quiet so it is the best choise for those who want to have a good night sleep. Our room was really big and had a king size double bed! Wifi was just £3.
very clean and tidy hotel - very helpful staff - loved the old manor and the birds singing - wish we could have stayed for more than 5 hours!
Combination of the Prem Inn & Gatwick Mnr next door works well as a wedding reception venue. Staff great, choice of proper ales nice as well.
Speed bumps a bit too frequent & hard - that's only criticism.
Very comfortable bed, good sized room and en suite.
Rather a long way from Gatwick (especially as the taxi driver didn't know where it was and took us to the wrong hotel, twice!). Cost of room OK, but we found out later that others had paid a lot less.
your staff are 5 star thank you
Good convenient food ample parking half hour free WiFi
Not that easy to find (road works were in progress) grounds could be nice but we're just half tidy
Sinkhole . . .not their fault but directions around it abysmall !
Attractive Grounds, peace and quiet, Staff very pleasant and welcoming - shame we only had one night- really.
The airport side - signs to the bus were misleading but perhaps we exited the wrong exit.
Excellent location for a flight from Gatwick. Good restaurant attached.
The room was very hot and there was no way to turn down the temperature - the was some kind of remote control but all it seemed to do was tell you the temperature (25 degrees, in this case) not turn it down. There was a fan but it was very noisy. We are being refunded under the 'Good Night Guarantee'. It's a shame, because we like Premier Inns for a quick overnight near to airports and ferries, although our experience here was uncharacteristic of the chain as a whole.
Staff were pleasant and refunded one of the rooms as per their promise. Standard Premier Inn room.
Room was too near the lift and as this is an airport hotel was really noisy with people coming and going plus the room overlooked the front so could hear people out there too. The bus seemed unreliable: ' sometimes they don't call here'. Got a taxi which cost us £12 as it was a bank holiday.
The young lady in reception, Abi, was so helpful and a delight to deal with.
