No noise,comfortable rooms. There should be cheese and ham included on breakfast.Water mixer of the wash basin,is splitting water all over the place.

Everything The staff could not be more helpful. Will definitely book again. Waiting for the breakfast to be cooked children are very impatient but when it arrived it was lovely.

Great once we had found the hotel! Directions and map to hotel are hopeless unless you have sat nav We arrived at night and it took us over 45 Minutes to get to the hotel from Gatwick Airport. Better directions would have saved us a lot of time and are essential if you want to find the hotel

We'd regularly pay up to 4 times more for a hotel room that wasn't up to the same standard. The room is spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable and you could hear a pin drop. Amazing service for such an affordable amount. Keep up the good work! Would have been great to get a shuttle bus from the airport. The one I got took over 40 mins to make a short trip.

No food services after 10. We we not aware of this and as I am a coeliac this caused a major problem. I was unable to use the takeaway option.

Breakfast first of all. Great variety and quality. Treating of the Staff was like a 5 star hotel. Quiet room. The hotel doesn't have a mini refrigerator and direct connection with London center. We had to go back to Gatwick to visit London.

I loved this hotel, the staff were really friendly, the room was lovely and there was a bus service offered from the front door (at a small cost) to take us back to Gatwick so we could train it into London. I highly recommend this place!

Same as all the Inn's in group very good Was so dispoinnted my room was on 4th floor end of hall. Great room but when in early morning from 5am was kept awake because of road noise people going to work at gatwick was loud. And this is a new hotel in there group. And got no money back as promise cannot understand why sound proofing is so bad.....i would not recommend this hotel in the crawley but there is a lot to pick from so read this review and see. Or try to get a room not facing the room

Very clean. Temperature control in room. Staff very friendly. Very good value for money...and as your advert states the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast....Poached egg overcooked Orange juice made from concentrate. Mushrooms tasteless. Cheap bread

Breakfast was extremely good. Well priced. Perfect location for airport. Staff very friendly, professional and helpful. A good hotel. 'Family' room was a standard room with additional bed crammed in. Beds were comfortable and it suited our needs, but would not be acceptable for an extended stay.

The property was clean and the room size was good. The distance from the airport, I tought we had booked the premier inn at Gatwick, this was a few km out. We are also used to a bit more service from staff at a hotel. Again, I didnt realise this was such a low budget business hotel when I booked. I wouldnt book again as we would perfer something more upmarket, however I would recommend this to others if they were looking for something cheap.
