proche de l'aéroport (avec shuttle G23 ou bus 100), très propre, quartier calme, personnel accueillant et aidant malgré l'heure tardive, chambre grande, calme, bien équipée. nombreux shuttle au départ de l'hôtel pour l'aéroport.

contrairement à ce qui est dit sur booking, le shuttle pour cet hotel ne passe pas toutes les 20 - 40 min après une certaine heure. on est arrivé a 23h20 et on l'a attendu 1h !! le shuttle pour cet hôtel est celui qui passe le moins souvent.

Le confort, les équipement et la propreté. La proximité avec l'aéroport Gatwick, accessible en bus ou taxi.

Le distributeur de cash était hors service.

Une seule nuit passée dans cet hôtel, en transit entre 2 avions à l'aéroport de Gatwick mais je le conseille vivement ! Cet hôtel est d'un très bon confort, les chambres sont spacieuses, pour un tout petit prix. L'accueil est agréable (en anglais uniquement). De plus, 2 bus assurent la liaison directe depuis l'aéroport en 15 minutes environ (lignes G23 et 100) pratiquement 24h/24, ce qui est très pratique et bien moins coûteux qu'un taxi.

Staff were friendly and very helpfull.

There was no shaver point in the bathroom which I thought was not appropriate. I was fortunate my shaver has battery back up, if not I would have been forced to buy a shaver socket adaptor from a vending machine in the hotel lobby.

The comfortable beds, the cleanliness, the additional touches (- tea/coffee in room, colouring pages and crayons for the kids, decent hairdryer) the amazing breakfast!

It was a bit cold and my heating didn't work, however, as I received compensation I'm not complaining too much.

This is one of the airport hotels in Gatwick. Located a 15-min busride from the airport, take either hotel shuttle g23 (£3,20 one-way) or local bus 10 (£1,80 one-way) to get here. The shuttle takes you in front of the hotel there's only 2 per hour where as the local bus goes more often and requires a 5-min walk to get to the hotel. The hotel in itself is very nice: a good restaurant, nice staff, clean spacious rooms with a guaranteed good night's sleep. At the time of my booking this was also one of the cheapest airport hotels in Gatwick. Would recommend for people between flights but not for people staying in Gatwick longer because the hotel is situated in an industrial area where very little to see or do.

Great stay, nothing to dislike.

Comfortable room, good breakfast included in the price, easy access to and from Gatwick Airport. The problem with our booking a staff member had on our arrival was quickly rsolved by the Manager.

No complimentary toiletries, shortage of towels and the bathroom grout showed mould in places.

Rare for uk hotels but every single member of staff we encountered provided first rate customer service.
