Close to pub for meal in the evening and breakfast in the morning.
stayed for one night with our granddaughters for the dickens weekend, nice welcome from staff, very happy to help, would stay here again .
sorry to say, not happy with front of house at the brewers fayre very moody , I think manageress. no customer service skills. waiting staff very busy, but managed to be polite. waited three quarters of an hour to get our main meal ,after our starter. and breakfast was no better, very very slow at getting the cooked food out, no eggs for ten mins, by that time the rest of our family breakfast was cold, and when they did come out no apologies. sorry but this brewers fayre need a bit of attention, dirty plates in the service stack, removed three before we found a clean one , and had to sort out the drinking cups to find a clean one to. a little bit of TLC needed, sorry.
Accessibility. Perfect for wheelchair users Friendly, willing, polite staff Tasty food Good value for money
Nothing to dislike
The room was good. The restaurant was excellent as were the staff.
I was disappointed to find that there was a bath with a shower over as I find it very hard to get in and out. There was no heat in the bathroom which caused a lot of condensation. As the bathroom had been adapted I thought this was poor.
The staff were very friendly and professional.
It was clean and comfortable and a good breakfast was included.
I thought £105.00 was expenses seeing that it was prebooked a few weeks beforehand. I don't know where people get these £29.00 a night deals?
room was spacious
The staff were extremely helpful The food was excellent The bed was excellent
It was a very quiet stay
The room was "tired " and in need of some urgent TLC to say the least .. not up to the usual standard of the many premiers I have stayed in... sorry
Room it was very clean helpful staff
No telephone in room in case of an emergency the fuse box kept tripping and we were in darkness in the morning for a bit whilst having showers
Every thing was available and dealt with immediately...location was far away enough that didnt get bothered by revellers.
When we arrived the room wasnt what I had booked...this was apparently due to booking through booking.com as the site is incompatible with premier inn ... have never had a problem before so not sure what happened however it was sorted within ten minutes
my room had a stong smell of paint and was quite noisey from road noise (I was in disabeled room on ground floor)
Noise in general
I was in room 29 above the front door people leaving in the early moring 4am and the noise from the street below.
Breakfast was good and evening bar a nice atmosphere .
Plumbing left a bit to be desired! (See above!) I always remark upon the poor and dim lighting in Premiers , because it makes doing your make up accurately virtually impossible !
The staff were very helpful when we wanted to move our room to the ground floor. Room was very spacious and clean. Very quiet but could be because it didn't seem busy at all.
The mattress was not to my liking and didn't have a great night sleep because of it, but partner had a great night sleep and is now thinking of getting a similar mattress at home!
Receptionist very friendly and helpful
Mattress very firm
Cost of WiFi Not a very large choice on the menu
All of it
Nothing detrimental to say
Location. Helpful, friendly staff.
Room slightly tired and in need of decorating, mattress a bit lumpy, shower under powered.
Friendly helpful staff
I thought it was an expensive stop for s night but Medway is lacking in the hotel stakes so they can get away with it I guess.
The hotel was surprisingly quiet despite being busy. Rooms are clean and neat. The provision of a starched cotton sheet to replace the duvet if the room gets too hot is welcome.
I take my own bar of soap to Premiere Inns as I dislike the multi purpose dispenser based liquid soap. Although the tea/coffee can be replenished from reception the initial supplies are limited and on the first night we had no milk.
No air conditioning. Window was not open when arriving. Approx 80 degrees in the room as it was unseasonably warm outside. Lift was broke, had loads of luggage. No phone in room but there was a card in the room that said they were just a phone call away. No shampoo, soap, lotion, kleenex. Was gel soap on wall. Toilet paper was thin seperate pieces like poor napkins. Only 2 plug-ins in room, with none by the bed. Staff was not allowed to give extension cord.
Lovely bed linen and a top sheet in case the duvet was too warm. Friendly staff. Clean.
Room too hot
Clean, location, food, bar
