Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff, good value.would definitely use Premier Inn again. I travelled with my elderly parents and my dad loves his morning papers so would have been nice if they were sold on the premises rather than me having to go out and get them for him but, apart from that, no complaints.

The staff were friendly and very helpful the room was clean and the location was good it was very good value for money. The computers were down when we arrived so we payed in cash then the next day we discovered they had taken our payment a second time from my debit card.which left us without any money and in a situation where we had no money to get home as it was our petrol money we did get it refunded by the premier inn but was told it would not go back into my account for 3-5 working days so I to borrow money from a family member in order to get home so im not impressed by this incident.i agree it was sorted but I think it should off been given back to us in cash .also we understood wi fi was free but you only get half an hr free.and we could not even get a connection.

Rooms were clean, airy and spacious and good value for money and conveniently situated and staff were friendly and helpful. Instructions for getting there were a little vague. as there were two Premier Inns close to each other and instructions werent specific which was which.

We were very happy with the location and from the outside the hotel looks well cared for and inviting. There was plenty of parking at the rear. It was very handy to be able to go the Beefeater for refreshment after our journey as it was too early to check in when we arrived. We had a very friendly greeting from reception and were made to feel welcome guests. Our room was clean and functional and of a good size. The bathroom was clean and well set out and included a 'fan' (a lot of hotels do not have one) which meant that steam from the shower did not prevent using the mirror for putting on make up after. There was ample hanging space for clothes and enough place to store other items. I was grateful for the use of 30 mins free wi-fi - which was enough to check emails and other social media during our stay. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were very helpful. That we could not stay longer

It was a verh warm welcolme from staff. Room was absolutely perfect very clean, m\ttress was alittle soft for me but that is a personal preference. The inclusive breakfast was amazing with every conceivable choice and as much as you wanted. I would definitely stay there again when visiting friends.

This was a convenient stopping place for visiting family for celebrations. Everything looked good and clean My sister and partner who travelled with me (room booked by me) had a 'disabled' room (only one available when we booked) and whilst everything was good and clean they said the bed was short and the duvet could have been a more generous size. They are not particularly tall either. They also had an issue when they wanted to pay cash for the nights stay and were asked to provide passport or driving license as proof of identity. They were not impressed.

Really pleased with the room, really big and very clean. Perfect for our needs for the 1 Night. Slept really well which is a nice change (I am 7mths pregnant). Ate breakfast next door at the Beefeater. All you can eat (made To order)for £7.99 inc a Costa Coffee, perfect! Would stay here again. The car park is shared with the Beefeater next door which seemed very busy as the car park had only a couple of spaces when we arrived at 7.15. it was a Saturday evening so maybe to be expected.

The room was very comfortable and well presented. The disabled facilities, including wet room with wide door entrance, were excellent. The staff were all helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. If this is an example of the facilities within the Premier Inn group, we will use them again without hesitation.

Cleanliness and ease of use. Beds were ultra-comfortable - just as Lenny Henry said they would be! Bathroom clean and well designed. Very easy to find. Premier Inn Gillingham/Rainham was excellent. However the Beefeater Inn attached to it was most definitely not. We had paid the night before for a full English breakfast which was on offer from 6.30 A.M. until 10.30 A.M. We arrived for breakfast at 9.30 am. Very little left to eat - nothing had been replenished and no one seemed to be in charge. No glasses for the orange juice, no bowls for cereal etc. etc. The coffee pot was nearly empty and the coffee in it was tepid. I asked for more coffee - another pot was produced which was in the same state. In desperation I asked for hot coffee and said I didnt mind a cup of Instant - the girl offered me coffee from the Costa coffee machine which at least was hot. Our cooked breakfast was not too bad but the plates could have been cleaner. All in all a very disappointing breakfast particularly in the light of the excellent bed and facilities at the attached Premier Inn. I can certainly recommend this particular Premier Inn but would never recommend the breakfast at the attached Beefeater.
