Der Empfang war freundlich, das Zimmer sehr sauber und schön, tolle Dusche!!! Und das Beste ich konnte sehr gute schlafen, weil es extrem ruhig war. Ausserdem war klasse, dass ich nur drei Minuten zu Fuss vom Flughafen bis zum Hotel hatte!! |

Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, gehen auf alle Wünsche ein. Einfache Ausstattung. Alles sehr sauber. Der Liebhaber britischer Küche wird zum Frühstück auf jeden Fall satt. Das "kontinentale Frühstück" fiel sehr sparsam aus. |

Zu Fuß zum Flughafengebäude nur 10 Min. , trotzdem ruhig, Zimmer und Bad groß und sauber.Personal war nett. Der Preis ok. Frage: Wir mußten das Zimmer im Hotel bezahlen,obwohl laut Buchung es hieß das es gleich von der Kreditekarte agbezogen wird. Ist das korrekt? |

The staff were very helpful. On the second morning the cooked breakfast was awful. This was in complete contrast to the day before when it had been excellent. Maybe they have a different cook on Saturday mornings |

The closeness of the hotel to the airport, the advice from staff and the breakfast. The bed and bathroom were very good. Our room was far to hot and we found it hard to sleep. |

Bernie at reception was very efficient and friendly when we checked in. Rooms very clean. Excellent staff in restaurant very friendly and helpfull food good. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return and recommed. Bus to the airport was late in picking us up and then we had to go round other hotels. |

The morning reception desk people were very efficient, finding an error in our bill and saving us 22 pounds. They were also very helpful to us in locating a Fedx nearby and giving us maps and help to get out of the city when we left. Very friendly and helpful! We also really noticed how efficient Shona was at the breakfast room. She was also very helpful. |

Staff were pleasant and helpful; rooms comfortable, well appointed but unfussy. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was within sight of the M8 and obviously close to the airport, but couldn't hear a noise from outside! Got woken up at 5am by other hotel customers and the room got incredibly warm, but due to proximity of airport, we didn't open the windows. There are signs asking customers to be consderate of other customers so nothing the hotel can do about this, and temperature is of course a personal thing. These two factors should not dissuade others booking here. |

I was in a room at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet despite being directly beside the airport. Room was very comfortable and reception staff were helpful. Overall, I thought the hotel was lovely and I enjoyed my stay. I had a very early start on my journey and did not like being awoken the next day at 09.00am by someone knocking on my door and shouting "housekeeping"! (the door was knocked at 09.30am on Sunday morning). Why don't they have these notices to attach on the outside of the door which says that the room can be made up? |

spacious and clean room and bathroom, excellent variety at breakfast buffet, attentive and friendly staff, regarding the pre-paid non-refundable room-rate excellent value for money. Internet access (which one needs at an Airport Hotel in order to do the in advance web check-in) rather expensive (20 pence per minute) and not high speed at all. |
