Very clean, good food in the restaurant, comfy beds, big TV.... nothing to complain about at all. Great distance from airport, just 5mins walk...

Super close to the airport. Great breakfast. 24 hour check-in. Spacious and clean room.

Extra cost for internet and breakfast.

The location close to the airport meant we were able to get off a late plane and head straight to the hotel. The meals at the restaurant were delicious and well priced and the service was excellent.

It was dark so we missed the entry sign but only had to go around the block to get in.

accommodation and facilities were excellent very good value for money breakfast lovely, service great and staff were very pleasant and helpful within walking distance from where the bus(500) stops at the airport terminal building

would be good to get a lift to check - in if it is wet!! would be even better If the 500(airport) bus could drop you at the bus stop right outside the premier inn

The bedroom was very good and comfortable. Reception was very helpful and friendly.

Premier breakfast was poor. The food was just warm and not worth the money.

Staff were excellent and sorted out the booking error.

Booking.com saying that Breakfast was included in room rate but Premier disn'T. I was charged extra cash for breakfast which wasn't the price I was quoted by Booking.com

The staff were very pleasant and friendly, our room was very well presented and cleanand the restaurant was clean and food was good. Thank you to all staff who attended us.

My preferred hotel chain is the Premier for the consistency of service, value, courtesy, etc. etc.

I find the matresses uncomfortable, at least this time.

The bed was EXCELLENT - the good night's sleep guarantee is a great scheme; your staff were polite and friendly and even though I had a horribly early start, this was a relatively pleasant experience!

Bedroom facilities first class. Check in guy on reception on evening of 28th Jan...John?.. brilliant!

Costa coffee machine broken in dining room, only sachets of instant coffee. Service in dining room not great.

Staff at reception and restaurant very friendly

Didn't like the walk from the hotel to the airport with all of our luggage and our granddughter with us. A shuttle would have been perfect.

Fire alarm about 10pm but not faut of staff.

-The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. -Our room was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet from outside noise. -The location was great for us and we were able to walk to the airport terminal very easily. - We just had the continental breakfast with cereals, fruit and berries but there was a full cooked breakfast offered to us.

Everything was great.

I had booked only two nights as I was visiting family, I wish that I had booked for longer as I was so impressed with everything. The location was perfect and the staff were so helpful, this was the first time that I had stayed at a Premier inn and hopefully I can stay again. The rooms were excellent. Nothing As I was on my own it was so relaxed and comfortable I felt so at ease, the food was first class and nothing was too much trouble. Well done to all, first class
