Staff were friendly and very professional
Super comfy new Hypnos beds
Having to pay over double the usual room rate. But it was the Commonwealth Games and they were still cheaper than their competitors.
Extremely friendly staff. Warm greeting at reception and the adjoining inn again had friendly staff. Good value accommodation during Commonwealth Games Visit. The accommodation was as expected from a Premier Inn. The room was quiet and a good night sleep was enjoyed.
Premier inn Bellshill Glasgow This room was booked in advance and due to the commonwealth games every room was booked except for the disabled rooms. Because of a wedding I was attending had no choice but to book this room. I checked in and was handed the keys to the room. my wife took a look at the room and said no way was she staying the night, she went to reception and was greeted by Meg who changed our room, she explained that the rooms were provisionally booked but no one showed up and there were additional rooms available, the person on reception who booked us in didn’t mention this but Meg saved the day and changed our room. If you ever stay at premier inn at Bellshill Glasgow, look out for Meg. The room was brilliant and a pleasant night was had. Premier inn follow a format the rooms have comfy beds, great shower and bath facilities and are very clean indeed, the room was brilliant and a great night was had by my wife and I.
I wasn't given the option to change my room on arrival by the first person who checked us in, even though id booked a disable room because the hotel showed as fully booked, I felt left with no choice but to take what they had. I wasn't informed that there were multiple no show guests and could have had a room change on arrival. No phone signal at all, I couldn't tell my mates that id arrived.
A great night's sleep! We stayed two nights to visit friends at a price that was not at the Commonwealth Games rate!! Staff could not have been more helpful, room was so comfortable and clean. Nice central location. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
Very good all round. Lovely room and en-suite.
The rooms were hot an no air conditioning as windows only open a little. This would have been a good addition. Usually rooms at premier inn are cooler with the ability to control temp. Ours was 24 *C in the evening.
Friendly welcome Helpful staff Good size room Clean
Bit of road noise
not to far from motorway restaurants nearby near park and ride
Staff/cleanliness/location Compared to Days inn stayed in following night- premier inn was outstanding-days inn tired and had to make up guest bed as not prepared on arrival I emailed Days inn stating they needed to play catch up with premier inns
The staff were fantastic in every way possible. We arrived at the hotel very late in the night and the night porter was very helpful booking us in.
Our boy is 16 years old and we had to pay to put him into another family room on his own when we had a spare bed in our room. The company policy needs to be more flexable.
was not happy with the service at reception asked for tea to be delivered to room as there was none in the room at 4pm only to be handed it at desk by staff while she was holding a 2 year old baby ( her grand daughter ) at 10 pm. also had a meal in the restaurant 2 soup 1 fish pie 1 beef burger I wanted chicken but not available we waited thirty minutes at this point I asked the barman if there was a problem he said have you not received your main yet I told him we have not had anything yet shortly after this the soup arrived 1 broth ok hot 1 tomatoe cold . not good !
everything. certainly no complaints hotel staff were very helpful and restaurant staff too. meals were very satisfactory. I would have no problem suggesting your hotel to my friends.
Receptionist was lovely. Big bed. Two separate beds for the two kids Great TV
Very hot in the room but couldn't leave window open as light / noise would have affected youngest sleeping Having to pay for wi-fi
The public house
Breakfast cooked to order. Really good.
Evening meal at brewers gayer was bland food.
Stayed there previously when visiting family in the area so knew what to expect. If anything I feel this time was probaobly an improvement on my previous visits.
The staff, the room, the location was nice and peaceful and relaxing after a long day, really clean and the bed, as always......out of this world!!!!!
the internet was quite slow. I find there is never enough milk/teabags/coffee - even though i am a lone traveller, i love my cups of tea! The restaurant next door, nice food, but at 20:30, was refused the curry buffet as it was being taken off soon??? also, felt a bit rushed - as soon as I had my main course my plate got taken within seconds....no "would you like another drink/dessert etc" - they just wanted to get set up for breakfast....the time was 21:30!....the breakfast was nice though and staff much more relaxing/pleasant!
No noise on my room, big room, big TV and comfortable
no pressure in the shower
Slow service at dinner
Convenient for the motorway. Very clean in both bedrooms and public areas. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Bed Food Peace and quiet Friendly, helpful staff
Chose hotel for access to competition in Coatbridge, but was quite remote from city centre. Not your fault, competition location could have been better chosen
Friendly staff especially reception personnel and the "young ladies" who take care of the rooms.
Useful to us as visiting locally. Convenience.
Brewers Fayre is a rip off price for breakfast - avoid.
Loved the location, very friendly staff, cheap internet, perfect
Really handy for our event
I know smoking is a complete no no but we had a really long walk to the smoking area will have to ask in future for a room a bit closer or provide more areas
