Warm welcome at reception There was a lack of communication between the staff. Mainly being I paid for breakfast and requested a breakfast tray being made up. This was placed in the dairy but the daily wasn't read

I was met by Liz at reception she was superb an asset to your company. Clean rooms comfortable and close to were I was going. The restaraunt was not as good as the other premier inns I have stayed in over the past 8 years. I like an offer but was not offered a £29 room offer via the website as I am normally offered. I would say that this Premier inn should be priced at no more than £40.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our weekend swimming activities. The towels, although clean, did have a strong, quite unpleasant smell to them.

. The reception staff and night porter chap were all excellent . It has lost its role, staff argueing in the hallway,1 had been reduced to tears. 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for two adults. Did not change even after a request for 1 each. Could not offer 3 single beds in a room. My 21 and19 year old males had to share a bed. Drink glasses from the bar were not removed from room. Don't think we will stay here again sorry

The loacion was close to the business venue for the following day, it was easy to find and was quiet so I enjoyed a good nights sleep. The food in the Pub next door was very good and reasonably priced, all that you expect from a Premier inn these days.

Very friendly and polite staff. Location was good as well. The mattress in one of the bedrooms was not good and you could feel the springs when lying down. Hand wash was not working either but we were given replacement.
