Shower over the bath in disabled access room
Really enjoyed our stayed and would definately go back again.
Big family room and proximity to resturant.
No fridge in room for baby food and lots of doors to open to get to room.
The reception and restaurant staff were well above average. Rooms were very clean and everything worked. Food was well presented and the service for main meal and breakfast was excellent. The receptionists were welcoming, courteous, and efficient. They also quickly understood what we requested and gave helpful answers. The best of several Premier Inns we have stayed in; and the others were all to a good standard.
Location and cleanliness if rooms
You could hear the banging of people above and the noise of theothers so did not sleep well for the nights I was there
there was plenty of parking, the location is not that bad it is just off the motorway allows easy and quick access to glasgow.
our rooms were not cleaned and towels changed, even after mentioning at reception prior to leaving. Once mentioned the staff were nice enough to come and clean room then
the location suited our travels. Minutes from the city, family and friends. The hotel was also conveniently located to the M74 which allowed us to travel quickly to our destinations.
The doors around our room were very loud when being opened and closed. The people above our room were clearly heard when moving around. This, on occasion, disturbed our sleep. The heating in the room was very hot and difficult to regulate.
Could do with an update in rooms
Proximity to motorway Restaurant so nearby Quiet comfortable room
Thick duvet in hot summer Poor room ventilation
The room was extremely comfortable - they really choose the beds well at Premier Inn, which helps to get a great night's sleep after a long day of travel. The team on reception were also really friendly.
The room was clean and comfortable. A fan was available in the room as it was vert hot.
At £185 for a room for a night it was well overpriced and leaves me with a bad feeling for Premier Inn. The hotel was located in an out-of-centre 'investment park' surrounded by KFC and McDonalds. Stepping into the shower (i.e. the bath - with a curtain) was very slippery and felt unsafe. We mentioned this to the manager who told us that it says in the small print that shower mats are available on request from reception because it's not clean to keep a shower mat in the room!! - so I would advise anyone going to a PI to ask for a shower mat
the location was ideal for what we were there for.
The heat in the Hotel!!! it was extremely uncomfortable and a sleepless night by both of us!!! turn the heating off!!!
The proximity to the city, Celtic Park and Cambuslang
Lack of available food on sight that day
The way your mindful of families / over 20's as in the hush posters . Being available 24/7 really accommodating right down to Elastoplast for the odd blister .
Lack of tea bags as not everyone drinks coffee , having said that your only to pleased to provide extra when asked that's it really.
Clean and comfortable
The food next door was not always very good.
I know what to expect from every Premier Inn - there are no hidden surprises
Was a last minute booking and initially was a bit on the expensive side for what we are used to spending at a premier inn
the price，the food
Nice friendly staff, no problems
Ideal location for travelling into city centre and travelling home. Had all the facilities required for the visit, staff were very helpful , would definitely stay there again.
Trains were not running into the centre due to maint work that weekend but buses were provided obviously this has nothing to do with the hotel.
Noisy room upstairs No outlook Lots of doors Parking not brilliant
Staff lovely. I felt very well looked after.
More free wifi would be good as the 3G connection in the area was poor.
Convenient for Tollcross Swimming Pool. Restaurant/bar staff very friendly and helpful
Surrounding area very run down. No alternatives in near vicinity for food/drink unless access to car.
Easy access just off the motorway and close to Celtic Park. Nice friendly atmosphere .
When ordering a full breakfast it would have been quicker and easier to get rather than choose each item of choice
