large room on quiet side of hotel as requested. Decaff. coffee available
only 30 mins free WiFi, need longer
The very friendly and caring staff. The Receptionists are warm.
Poor social like.No Gym and no point of relaxation and interaction
Lovely comfortable beds, better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in
Shower over the bath in disabled access rooms
I believe Premier Inns to be a little overpriced for the standard of hotel and facilities. Staff pleasant and helpful but the room and bathroom needed some maintenance. Wi-Fi not included within price. Breakfast in the pub opposite was ok.
The team really do care here, excellent service all the way through my stay! Definitely recommend.
Just off the motorway ideal for going to the Celtic games. Staff were very helpful for us as I haven't been to Park head for 40 years and the same for Glasgow.
Not enough tea bags or milk in the room,
Bed comfortable, nice and quiet, no disturbances
Price expensive for not including breakfast felt very basic offer
Bed was comfortable
Carpet could be replaced?
Staff generally helpful and friendly
All was good
Comfortable beds Friendly staff Handy eating places
Shower over the bath in disabled access room
The staff were brilliant. We were welcomed and made to feel special after such a long trip from Australia and then from off the plane at 5am to drive up to Glasgow - tiring day. Unfortunately my daughter was sick the next morning at breakfast and the staff in the restaurant were so helpful and understanding resettling my other two daughters at another table so as I could go and care for my daughter. Amazing - well and beyond what is called for. Thank-you
Really enjoyed our stayed and would definately go back again.
Big family room and proximity to resturant.
No fridge in room for baby food and lots of doors to open to get to room.
The reception and restaurant staff were well above average. Rooms were very clean and everything worked. Food was well presented and the service for main meal and breakfast was excellent. The receptionists were welcoming, courteous, and efficient. They also quickly understood what we requested and gave helpful answers. The best of several Premier Inns we have stayed in; and the others were all to a good standard.
Location and cleanliness if rooms
You could hear the banging of people above and the noise of theothers so did not sleep well for the nights I was there
there was plenty of parking, the location is not that bad it is just off the motorway allows easy and quick access to glasgow.
our rooms were not cleaned and towels changed, even after mentioning at reception prior to leaving. Once mentioned the staff were nice enough to come and clean room then
the location suited our travels. Minutes from the city, family and friends. The hotel was also conveniently located to the M74 which allowed us to travel quickly to our destinations.
The doors around our room were very loud when being opened and closed. The people above our room were clearly heard when moving around. This, on occasion, disturbed our sleep. The heating in the room was very hot and difficult to regulate.
Could do with an update in rooms
Proximity to motorway Restaurant so nearby Quiet comfortable room
Thick duvet in hot summer Poor room ventilation
The room was extremely comfortable - they really choose the beds well at Premier Inn, which helps to get a great night's sleep after a long day of travel. The team on reception were also really friendly.
The room was clean and comfortable. A fan was available in the room as it was vert hot.
At £185 for a room for a night it was well overpriced and leaves me with a bad feeling for Premier Inn. The hotel was located in an out-of-centre 'investment park' surrounded by KFC and McDonalds. Stepping into the shower (i.e. the bath - with a curtain) was very slippery and felt unsafe. We mentioned this to the manager who told us that it says in the small print that shower mats are available on request from reception because it's not clean to keep a shower mat in the room!! - so I would advise anyone going to a PI to ask for a shower mat
the location was ideal for what we were there for.
The heat in the Hotel!!! it was extremely uncomfortable and a sleepless night by both of us!!! turn the heating off!!!
