easy to find, good quick check in. very pleasant staff

room booked for 2 people towels provided for only one....didn't find out until wet!!! Heating had a mind of its own....kept on returning to 18.5 despite increasing on the thermostat.

Would have liked more coffee available and some biscuits. Not being able to get a newspaper in the morning was dissapointing.

We found the staff very very helpful and friendly. They smiled at you and nothing was too much trouble to them. We have stayed at many places and it was a pleasure to meet staff who smiled and made us feel really welcome.

Basic but first class for cleanliness and very helpful and welcoming staff. We stayed at this hotel to be close to a party we were attending and we were welcomed 'home' in the early hours by the night staff. Smashing comfortable bed - wonder where they buy them? This hotel is close to the first class golf course at Dullatur for the information of all you golfers. Also close to country parks and wildlife areas. Highly recommended if you're in the area for a short stay.

The most helpful and charming staff one could possibly meet.

In booking my stay at this hotel with you I was charged for breakfast to be included. Since I use Premier Inns because I prefer not to have breakfast I was not aware during the booking process that I had an option to opt out of taking breakfast. Direct arrangements with the Premier group are preferable and I shall do this in the future.

We always find the baths very slippery an accident waiting to happen

The staff were great! So friendly, a special thank you to them, please pass that on! The room was clean and the bed comfortable, definately stay again.

The heating system, I selected 23oC but it kept switching itself off when it got to that temperature, meaning it was only 17oC in the middle if the night. I didn't sleep the first night as I was so cold. Maybe an explanation on how to use it would be good, it was room 14. My mother was in hospital so I never had time to sort it out.

Very comfortable beds and the rooms are roomy. Very good value for money

En-suite was a little small and the soap dispensers which did not work consistently
