The staff are so friendly and helpful. Viki on reception deserves a special mention.well done.
Could of spent another night there!!! Nothing bad to say about the place.
Food and service in the attached restaurant was below standard and poor
Staff were very freindly and helpful
No dresser ! Hard bed! No phone, basic tv, expensive, no free wi fi.
Staff were extremely helpful and polite
Nothing really other than in today's world I feel there should be free wifi
Space, friendly staff, good location
Breakfast too expensive
EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR STAY WAS GREAT THE STAFF WERE VERY ATENTIVE NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE GEORGE AND JULIE
Convience of location, pub next door that served great food at reasonable prices very clean but we were on ground floor and family above had kids who made a lot of noise running around room at night and early morning
Quite noisy being in ground floor near reception heard people coming and going and kids above quite noisy
Conveinent for Glasgow and East Kilbride Centre, staff good a comfortable stay
Noise in lower level from floorboards inside room and corridor, can here background noise and other guests entering and leaving rooms along the corridor
Typical Scottish Hospitality, nothing to much trouble for them at the front desk and in the restaurant. Will stay again. We were up for the Games
Which idiot in corporate HQ decided that just because Premier Inn is an English owned company that we shall not have Haggis on the menu? That's the equivalent of not having bacon on the menu because the pig was Danish. Come on you corporate boys get a life and listen to your customers.
Helpful and friendly staff
Could hear people on next floor walking around their bedroom
staff; rooms and attached Table Table
the internet connection does not work with my lap top
we liked the room it has accomodated two adults and two children within the same room comfortably. My children loved the breakfast at the hotel.
Only the thing to consider is its location it is a bit away from the main Glasgow city so you need to prepare for a fair bit of journey.
Great staff, who were very helpful and friendly, good sized room, clean bathroom with decent shower. Nice TV, plenty of power sockets and a good size desk. Separate couch (I think it makes another kids bed) nice for lounging. Pub next door for basic meals and breakfast.
Lenny Henry must be a very sound sleeper because our bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. Our room backed onto an industrial estate where they started loading lorries at midnight and carried on until 3:30 am (to be fair, our friend in a room at the front of the hotel heard nothing).
I would not have stayed in a boringly uniform chain hotel by choice but we had no choice at a reasonable price due to the Commonwealth Games which we were over for. We were pleasantly surprised as the desk staff were really helpful and knowledgable about the local area and the room was large ,quiet and comfortable. The continental breakfast next door was excellent including porridge and great value.
No free wifi included in rates, only 30min per day included.
Friendly staff, cleanliness, breakfast.
Room was fairly hot( wasn't even a particularly hot day) despite having a fan. Never enough free tea/ milk in the room but to be fair 24hour reception and you can ask for as much as you like.
Never been to Scotland before and based on this trip will be coming back , the staff could not do enough esp a young lady called Louise.
It was quiet and clean
The cost of daily wifi
the room was excellant staff very helpfull and friendly, food at breakfast terrific and plentyful service at all times was excellant. will use again Christine Aberdeen
Too hot during the night.
the staff,food ,comfort ,and price
Convenient location and a very friendly, helpful staff. The kids received a surprise activity book in an envelope outside our door in the morning. Such delight! Breakfast was easy and yum.
It's a basic hotel, so no frills at all. We expected a room with two doubles and got a double, single, and trundle instead. Not actually a problem, but a bit cozier than expected.
Bed too hard
Service at the restaurant was poor - we had to wait 20 minutes for our first drink and 15 minutes for the second.
