The staff - reception, housekeeping and restaurant/bar - were really helpful and friendly. They chatted to us but remained efficient and quick so no hanging around.
The room was on the second floor overlooking the car park and some of those departing early were not as quiet as they might have been.
Comfy bed. Quiet room. Good parking.
Long wait on arrival as key card machine wasn't working.
- breakfast had a good selection -
- 30 min walk to the train station to go to Glasgow - no ventilation system in rooms so it can get very stuffy
The bar & restaurant great. Room was smaller than we have had before at Premier Inns but very comfortable.
Not easy to find. Went to different ones in area first.
Was Clean and comfortable and our receptionist Neil was so helpful ans friendly.
My friend found room a bit hot! I didn't and we had a fan which was good.
All of it place, staff and foods was excellent
Nothing to comments me, my husband and children enjoyed the stay
Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to public transport.
Location of entry to the hotel from the main road was a little dangerous for a lone traveller, especially during the evening or night.
Room and staff
No phone signal
The staff were amazing especially Evelyn in the bar. Hotel clean and tidy, food good beds comfy.
Pricey at £200 for one night.
Friendly staff, comfortable bed
My children were not too happy with their room a little hot, may had been above a kitchen??
Free breakfast for children. Rooms were very clean and comfortable
Rooms were too hot
Welcoming staff and night staff very helpful.
Room a good size, bed very comfy.
Only 2 sachets of coffee, none of them decaf, no biscuits.
Generally very good room. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and shower very good. Staff we're very pleasant.
The Food was good!
The bedroom was very noisy -traffic kept me awake all night. We had a large group that travelled from London - we were treated badly in the bar area.
I thought breakfast next door was fantastic value, Beefeater resturant you can't go wrong for the family. Only slight thing was no air con in the hotel, but we were all comfortable :))
As above no air con, wasn't a problem that night :)
Lady on Reception on Friday evening very pleasant. Food good in the restaurant (but kitchen slow.......)
Ceiling on our room must be very thin as we heard every step taken by occupants in the room above and we were kept awake on both nights and awoken again early Sat & Sunday mornings! I went to complain to the reception on Saturday night but the night porter/receptionist was out in the foyer having an argument with a guest so I just returned to our room and put up with the noise but we were not happy as we did not get very much sleep. Also noise from motorway as our room was that side of the hotel, could not keep the window open in the heat. Restaurant food very good but the kitchen could not cope with the crowd and there were not enough waiting staff on the tables. Very bad service on Saturday night, people waiting for "hours" for table & food in both the bar & restaurant.
The room was nice
Checked in at 4.30pm & couldn't get a table for dinner until 8.30, ended p not being seated until 9pm, rpeople who were booked after us were seated before us as they complained, some of the food was uncooked & some of the things we ordered were not supplied. Restaurant & bar staff were not informed by hotel that they would be so busy as all guest were attending a nearby Fleadh & were totally unprepared. I had booked 2 family rooms months ago & when arrived we were put on 2 different floors. When eating dinner the staff where desperate to finish & were clearing the table whilst we were still eating.
None of our group had a car therefore could not eat elsewhere. Beefeater management incredibly rude to our group. Premier should have advised Beefeater that large numbers of us had booked as it was likely we would want to eat! We will not book here again when in Glasgow.
Just about everything this was our third time at this premier inn. Impressed. Have booked again for 6th July.
Shower pressure a bit low
The food was good, along with the supply's in the bathroom.
Not enough milk available in the room
Service from staff in hotel and restaurant. Also being told if anyone was being noisy to let them know
Tub was dirty
As always with p I clean. Staff all good with good bfast.
