Dog-friendly, value for money (except for the extra large charge for our dogs - £10 each!!), clean and comfortable room, warm, great bath and shower, close to motorway for an overnight stay on way home from Highlands, good dog walking area at back of hotel. It was not made clear that each pet would cost £10 per night. With our two dogs, this added a more than a third more to our costs. We do not mind at all paying for our dogs but we did not understand why the cost should be so large. Charges should be made clear on the web-site. If they had been made clear, we would have looked elsewhere.

Staff friendly. Lady on desk was great. Clean. I booked a family room and got a standard twin.The mattress was awful, very uncomfortable. Too much road noise for me too. Not a good nights sleep at all....

Staff were helpful Location Broken tiles in the bathroom. Leak that was patched at the sink. Stained sofa bed. Noisy at night. Very greasy breakfast . Expensive at £55.00 per night , £20.00 for 2 dogs, £20.00 for breakfast. A total cost of £95.00 for b&b of poor quality .

The hotel needs updating,it had a tv and double bed,but it needs better cleaning (hoover the edges of carpet and behind the bed)when leaving the hotel,there was no one at reception we didnt know what to do with the key.the cleaner came to us when we buzzed,but she didnt look too happy at being called up.unfortunately I wouldnt recommend this hotel.
