I don,t know if there was wi fi as I wasn,t interested in it. The staff were all so helpful and pleasant and always a nice smile . it was nice and easy to find and near the shops, buses and trains
I think this particular hotel is a bit tired and in need of an upgrade. I have stayed in many Premier Inns and have said it before. I am fed up with being treated like an idiot re the hair dryers. If you are not going to provide one in each room, BE HONEST, instead of leaving a card saying you are in the process of upgrading.Please.
Cleaniness of room
Hard double and 4th bed
Comfort of bed, good shower
Room over priced
Great friendly welcome and during the busy breakfast staff were very pleasant and efficient
Excellent staff. V Accessible; I had ground floor accessible room for mobility scooter and parked it at reception and walked 10m to room with good bath. Good Beafeater restaurant next door with variety of food for those with food sensitivities
Wifi speed slow.
We have stayed in a few Premier Inns recently & feel it would improve our stay if there was a cheaper breakfast option, more in line with the excellent room price. When we use the hotel for overnight, it is as a large family & good value ends up as a very expensive outing!
When we arrived in the evening we had to pass through 2 doors and a section of quiet rooms which absolutely stunk of smoke, thankfully the doors blocked the smell and we were not affected in our room by this. When we left in the morning (around 8am) we again had to pass through the awful smell which this time was definitely more than just cigarettes being smoked). We mentioned the smell to reception who said the night chef had informed her...the smell was so bad it seems hard to believe it was just an isolated incident though.
Proximity to town centre and the staff were very helpful and friendly
Did not like the beds. Not as Lenny Henry promises at all. Moved rooms once but still uncomfortable. Fed up with hearing that Premier Inn are ROLLING OUT new beds. Stop talking about it and actually do it in Milgnavie. Won't be staying again unless guaranteed ''A Lenny Henry Mattress''.
Breakfast. Freshly cooked, tasty and served by staff who clearly cared about what they were doing. Room was immaculately clean, staff were so friendly and polite.
£3.70 for a single razor and squeeze of shaving cream is a lot to ask from a vending machine.
As always it is your staff that give this location my highest marks! Nice to have the Beefeater next door.
This day and age the WiFi should be free! Best Western give free WiFi as do other of your competitors.
Very helpful receptionist Good and quickly served breakfast
The helpfulness and efficiency of the staff in resolving the problems with the beds and refunded room due to shower accident. We arrived for breakfast at 10.30 and the kitchen staff had finished breakfast but got back to cooking for us even though we were late. Really really good of them.
Arrived at 10pm for a family room and when checked in the room did not have any children's beds made up. Receptionist quickly offered another room and made up a bed. Shower burnt my back with a surge of scalding water.
It was convenient for the city centre. Excellent staff and clean room
Good location by Milngavie, rooms clean and tidy.
Only 30 mins free wifi, didn't seem worth signing up for that. Not sure bout bed size, think standard double which was a bit short for me 6'1".
Clean Good location for my needs Samsung TV Water gets too hot - signs are not good enough these days - especially with kids and elderly
Had to go to reception for additional duvet, wouldn't expect to have paid for additional Wi-Fi (no matter how cost effective - effort too much), no telephone in room. Good night sleep pretty much guaranteed but I could hear snoring, TV in next room, corridor floor is floorboards. If prides itself on beds could do bit better. Hotel does go on a bit about quality of sleep it guarantees. As this wasn't at the level it advertises at this is the main reason for appearing critical. Would stay again but doesn't live up to expectations.
Too short a break
The welcome from the desk clerk was warm and very helpful. The willingness to accommodate someone with a disability though I think designers need to check out the varied needs of people with disabilities.
I think the accommodation is very expensive for what it offers, particularly when travelling alone. I couldnt sleep and realised I wanted a blanket. I am somone who likes fresh air and more blankets as though the heating is good it is not good for my health. There was none in the room and I was too sleepy to take it further.
We were charged for a nights stay for two rooms that we did not use because ofa booking error between booking.com and the hotel. We are three seniors on limited income and find it disgusting that the hotel could not find it their heart to reimburse us. We will not use zany premier hotel I the future and we definitely not recommend them ,
breakfast could have been better
Being unable to drive the car to the front door as it was a VERY wet evening.
We were two mums with three teenage girls in Glasgow to see the Vamps and have some retail therapy. We were met by a lovely lady at reception who booked us a table for dinner on our arrival. We ate dinner and breakfast in restaurant during our stay and the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Can't fault anything. We had a fab time thank you.
everything except location
resonable cost for what we got
Friendly, helpful staff; evrything I needed for an overnight stay, and located just where I wanted to be.
Bit noisy from the floor above in the early hours - but it was referendum night!
