Usual comfort and pleasantly predictable spacious room. The shower was hot but very weak jets. Mentioned it to the staff and they offered us another room, but we had settled in for the two days, so didn't want the hassle of moving! They offered us the use of an alternative room just to use the shower in the morning to be fair also. Just needs the shower or water pressure sorting really ...

It was convenient as we were attending a family celebration in Milngavie, but we have stopped there before and always found it nice, clean, and friendly, your breakfasts are great, and staff friendly and helpful. We were in room 38, and on this occasion our t v would not work, by the time we discovered it we were in our night clothes and there is no phone to phone reception, but we reported it in the morning.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. They helped me deal with a difficult personal situation, with compassion and support. The room was pleasant, the bed and pillows comfortable, the bathroom more than adequate. Nothing negative about the Premier Inn, but only about the Beefeater Restaurant attached, or at least owned by the same company, I believe... The service was very slow at times, though the staff were pleasant. I object to having to spend 49.99 pounds for a mediocre three course Christmas dinner -- or starve (as I had nowhere to go). The same menu items were offered the next night, but for about twenty pounds. I know the inflated cost of the meal on Christmas Day was a result of having to pay staff double-time, but it was still extortionate, I feel.

Like all Premier Inns I have stayed in, a great place for a stop over. That is possibly a bit unfair, because they are better than that, but that is all I ever use them for. I booked 2 rooms: 1 was for a disabled person. The room for him was unsuitable. An over-bath shower and a low bed does not strike me as suitable for any disabled person.

The closeness to the airport. With holes in the carpet in the room made me look closer to the need of refreshing.

Good location for family and food options. Nice pillow choices. By booking on-line it somehow automatically gave us a disabled access room. This meant the bed was almost at floor level, there were bars everywhere, etc. It would have been great if we needed it but we did not. We did not request it and could not change.

convenient location, friendly staff, good bed, cleanliness and the guarantee of a good night's sleep. Noisy hotel guests banging on doors in the middle of the night, taps on bath and sink very stiff and difficult to turn on and off. We also had difficulty logging on to the free wifi.

Location near to family we were visiting; room was nice size! Service staff in both inn and restaurant were friendly, helpful and nice. Lack of phone in room; clock on TV did not work; old fashioned TV; no air conditioning; restaurant food was not very good and service slow.

Pleasant helpful reception staff very comfortable beds and a good sleep! The Beefeater next door where we get the inclusive breakfast lets the Premier Inn at Milngavie down! We got to the pub at 8.45pm on the Sunday night - could not find any staff - they were all eating their meal around the corner! When we asked if we could order a meal the young man said the restaurant was closed. We went to the pub near the other Premeir Inn at Bearsden - excellent - we would in future stay at the Premier Inn at Bearsden and not Milngaive because of the Beefeater!!!! The next day when we went for breakfast at the Beefeater and again the staff were all huddled in a corner talking - got the impression there was no manager there or bad management!

Good location, quiet area. Persistent cigarette smell in the bathroom during whole night, probably coming through ventilation system from other room(s).
