They could really do with new double glazed windows as the room was cold and the condensation was running down the window and the window sill was one big puddle .

Good location to the event we were going to.Staff were friendly Window had a draft and was giving a lot of road noise. Which kept me awake moat of the night. It was a triple room and I'm glad no-one was sleeping in the single bed next to the window as it was very cold. In the morning the window was soaking wet in the inside. Also being a triple room you would expect 3 bath towels...we only had 1,and 1 dirty bath mat.

Staff were friendly, courteous and human in their dealings, refreshing from some of the automatons you often come across. The only complaint is regarding the wi-fi at the location. Firstly,in this day and age, a lot of other hotel chains grant free access, something worth considering. Secondly, the actual service itself isn't that great, loss of connection being the main gripe.

Motherwell!!?? The hotel is no where near Motherwell. Absolutely astounded that it is advertised as Motherwell and not Newhouse. It is false advertisement regardless of the postcode. Cost me £20 in a taxi to attend a wedding in Motherwell. Wld never have bkd if I had known it was newhouse.

Sehr engagierte, hilfreiche Mitarbeiter Nicht optimal schallisolierte Wände lassen Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern störend hörbar werden, z.B. TV, Schnarchen etc.

We arrived at 1 in the morning and was greeted by a smiling, friendly member of staff. This was much appreciated and his professional manner was just what we needed after a very long drive to the hotel. In no time at all we were in our room and the bedroom was, as always, clean and comfortable with the large, comfortable bed and soft and firm pillows to choose from. Very happy with the accommodation and the food we had was more than acceptable. Enjoyable stay.
