The cleanliness and friendly staff
Front desk staff
one drawer in room, one hand towel for two people..bathroom not cleaned properly, no telephone in room therefore we had to go up and down for more towels and help etc.etc.
everything, nothing at all to dislike
Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and quiet.
Staff and room
Christmas lunch was a big disappointment and expensive for the quality of food which we received.
I made this booking for my elderly parents who had a disabled room. The staff were really helpful and provided extra pillows when my dad was unwell
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, quiet and comfortable room.
Wifi connection not great.
Easy to find just off motorway Location en route on my journey Quiet Warm Comfortable
fantastic staff very helpful. lovely clean rooms. great heating with the ability to change. great location.
the fan heating had a bit of a noise, but not enough to put us off visiting again.
room was quiet and comfortable, cot was excellent (for my 4 months old baby) and staff were very friendly.
poor mobile phone signals
location room size very comfortable bed
Beefeater restaurant was average and fish tasteless
Very clean, and quiet, and helpful.
Family had a great stay, room was spotless staff friendly. Food was outstanding. Breakfast was fantastic.
I have stayed in a few hotel and they normally give free wifi for 24hours. You only get 30mins free with premier inn.
the location was good for our needs and we slept well. I am beginning to find premier inn starting to be pricy for what you are getting. it is still better than other budget options although the price is starting to move away from budget option. One night for bed and breakfast we paid £120 which does feel pricey for its location. it does do the basics well, but times change and the options become basics and I am not sure if they are moving with the times in this regard. would I stay here again, probably yes, although I will be exploring my options more thoroughly in the future.
having to pay for Wi-Fi in todays age I think that this is now a rip off and does make me wonder about staying elsewhere. this is not the cheapest place to stay but there is limited options in the area at the moment. although when you factor in breakfast there are other options available that are slightly better know. I think it may be relying too much on its dominance.
Staff very friendly, breakfast cooked to order which usually doesn't happen at hotel chains would definitely recommend to everyone
The whole experience including the booking deal and topped my list and I will make sure I stay at a Premier Inn on my travels whenever possible
Nothing it was really quiet so near to a major Motorway
Room comfortable Very, very quiet location - Convenient too - motorway close and Waitrose and Tesco within walking distance Good value hotel
Not enough towels in room - but resolved in an instant
clean rooms, great house cleaning staff, choice of pillows, reception staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast great value and delicious, first time stay with premier inn and would highly recommend we were both very impressed.
Peaceful and quiet all night! Loved the room and breakfast was great.
Only window in room was locked down. I Thought this was quite dangerous in the event of fire in room as all all electrical appliances were at the front door leading out to a small corridor, which was only means of escape. My personal choice is to have a window open, not everyone likes air con which was the only way to have air!
Location, contemporary features, great atmosphere
Bed too hard !!! It needed memory foam / foam mattress for comfort. I've stayed in Ibis hotels on business and they use these and they are superb. Breakfast a little too pricey !
Great new hotel.
All was good nothing negative to say
The staff were lovely, room very clean and bed comfy.
That I drove past the hotel 3 times and ended up back on motorway :(
Room on ground floor/easy access to restaurant/tasty food/helpful staff
Kind staff, great breakfast, reasonable price, comfortable and clean.
Could not find easily. It would be better to have the arrow sign in roundabout.
