value breakfast room comfort location staff support and friendlieness
bar shutting early and not like a hotel bar as it is a separate building freeze on paths on the saturday morning had not been anticipated nor dealt with so it was dangerous getting to car
The hotel itself is what you expect from a Premier Inn
The attitude of the night receptionist who was very rude and I will never go back to that particular hotel. I have also submitted an official complaint to Premier Inn
Made booking on Booking.com 45 minutes earlier but this was not passed to the hotel, however, the member of staff quickly assured me they had a room, contacted Booking.com and booked me in on the same terms as agreed!!! Excellent staff, parking and food.
Booking.com had not passed on my booking to the hotel, I use Booking.com all the time and this is the only time this has happened!
The pub next to it with soft play
Staff were helpful and very friendly
When I checked in room had no pillow cases or sheet on bed. This was 8.30pm
Reception was very helpful in getting Taxis to the city centre,
Its supposed to be a no smoking hotel but some guests actually did smoke in the hotel and polluted the entire floor. I reported that to the reception desk. I think the woodwork needs some rework as every movement on the passage and the upper floor is felt in the rooms.
The staff were fantastic. genuinely friendly and very helpful with our requests.
Marks of blood on floor kids were a bit scared
Great location even for bus in to central glasgow nothing to much bother and good resturant
Pity the resturant closes as no place to get a few late night drinks
very comfortable bed, nice peace quiet location.
most hotels give free wifi upset was expected to pay a wifi usage
Lift not working and when I said to a staff member about it and fiancees health condition they didn't seem to bother about it !!!
Checking out tried to charge extra. Had copy of booking confirmation with cost on otherwise we would have had to pay more than expected.
Location was where we needed to be, really good value, rooms had everything you need and beds were really comfy. Also very quiet.
Normal Premier Inn
Restaurant closed for renovation, not told at reception on arrival
Peaceful, secure location just off motorway. Genuinely friendly staff.
This is petty I know, but ordering meals at the bar - once you've sat down with the drinks you've had to pick up at the bar.... Could it be possible to sit down and have order taken at table….?
Hypnos bed so comfy didn't want to get up. Clean spacious room with the choice of exrta heating or a cool air fan if required. Plenty of hot water, nice soft towels. Tea and coffee supplied wth kettle for drinks. Would definetly use and recommend this hotel.
Breakfast was a disappointment as there had been a large party in so there was a lack of bread for toast, fresh fruit no real mugs for hot drinks and the restaurant was cluttered with dirty crockery.Have to say staff did there best to please and were pleasant and helpful.
We booked this hotel as we were visiting friends and it was very close to where they live, the location was perfect close to everything you would need. The bed was the best I've ever slept in and the rooms where very clean. The bar is just next door and the food is lovely! I would stay here again for sure.
Nothing bad to say about this hotel at all.
Comfortable and served its purpose for us for two nights.
The hotel is outstanding for the price, the restaurant next door was very convenient. Staff at the hotel were polite and helpful. I would 100% go back to stay again.
The fact I had to get out of that comfortable bed in the morning of my departure.
not sure why it seemed be be a minus point that we had booked with booking.com
our first reception - we had to ask for a change of room - as there was painting under-way on the floor we were initially allocated.
The location was good and the breakfast was excellent quality and value for money. Bed was really comfortable.
Staff were not very friendly just looked like they did not enjoy the job. The room was small and we were on top each other as the room was not the advertised family room instead a 'put up bed'was squeezed in.when I questioned this I was told their were no family rooms at all in the building. There was no lift we were on top floor. The ground floor had a awful smell and the whole place was grubby resembled a travel lodge
Location Good parking Clean beds
Hair in bath and sink Hairs on carpet - need thorough hoover Personal comments from a staff member which we ignored only 30 mins free wi fi
The staff were wonderful and very helpful ESPECIALLY the kind man who gave us a lift to train station
The weather but hey ho you cant be blamed for that!
Good quality accommodation, quiet location, good breakfast available next door in Brewers Fayre.
No free Wi-Fi however the 24 hour charge of £3 is reasonable
