Good location and easy to find .Nice clean room and comfy bed .First time we have used Premier Inn after using Travel Lodge for many years.Would certainly use you again
A few minor problems with the restaurant.Had to eat very early 6pm as they were booked up solid until 8.30pm.At breakfast the coffee machine was broken so had to use a kettle .Also went back on sunday for lunch but only two people serving with lots of people waiting so left and went elsewhere
they repaired tele immidiately
They didn't wake me up as orderd

Staff at both the inn and the Brewers Fayre, next door were very good. The welcome at the Inn was very good , the staff being very friendly and helpful. At the time there was a offer on were for a set fee you could have evening meal and breakfast. Both meals were well cooked and more than enough to eat. Thanks to everybody concerned.
quality of hotel good location plenty of parking breakfast was great with large choice
lift was out of order and I have arthritis
Great staff even though really busy for the Glastonbury carnival
The staff were excellent
The bed ruined our stay
Pay for wifi
Purchased breakfast was only a buffet on the weekend. It should be all the time. They were plenty busy for it 4 days I was there. I'm sure the staff would love it and it would make their job so much easier & the customers so much happier.during breakfast the restaurant was way undetstaffed. Very slow. Buffet would have been much nicer for customers and if your only going to have 2 people working the front of the house when it's busy ... get the buffet. Duh..
Great rooms Excellent choice for breakfast.
Not being able to control temp in room, needs to go lower than 19c Breakfast in pub needs to be more organized, not enough staff.
Location Comfy bed Clean Modern Nice staff
The advert is true. You do get a great nights sleep. Great place. Definitely coming again.
Shower needed a grab-rail. A shower cap would be nice.
Red Brick Art gallery a short walk away. Great coffee and food. Very friendly place!
Can't open the window in the room!!!
Perfect. Easy check in. No hassle. Left alone. No problems. Really quite, no disturbances. Breakfast really friendly and helpful, but not in your face.breakfast really good.
Quiet, comfortable and efficient
My bathroom had an unpleasant damp smell
Staff were fantastic the place was spotless....it was really quite and we had 2 fantastic nights there
Had no free wi-fi in rooms
Liam was extremely helpful while checking in.
It would be nice to have had a couple of small face cloths, but we have noticed that most places here in the UK don't have them.
The bed & room
Location - too far out of town - would stay in Wells next time
Friendly, helpful staff. High quality, clean accommodation. Good bed.
Only 1 tea bag for each guest seemed a bit mean !
Standard premier inn
Its right main road so bedrooms very noisy , bed was really uncomfortable, tv to small . Not one bit of info about Glastonbury tut tut .... premier are loosing the edge . Beds used to be very comfy know just hard feel every spring ...
location and quiet rooms
Bed too hard Arrangements in bar strange - paying before getting food.
The bed was far too hard for my wife and I. It aggravated my wifes' sciatica and gave me a very sore back. We both spent the nights tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. A very poor quality of sleep was achieved contrary to your advertising campaign.
It's a good base , just about within a comfortable walking distance from town centre
Queue at coffee machine
