Shower needed a grab-rail. A shower cap would be nice.
Red Brick Art gallery a short walk away. Great coffee and food. Very friendly place!
Can't open the window in the room!!!
Perfect. Easy check in. No hassle. Left alone. No problems. Really quite, no disturbances. Breakfast really friendly and helpful, but not in your face.breakfast really good.
Quiet, comfortable and efficient
My bathroom had an unpleasant damp smell
Staff were fantastic the place was spotless....it was really quite and we had 2 fantastic nights there
Had no free wi-fi in rooms
Liam was extremely helpful while checking in.
It would be nice to have had a couple of small face cloths, but we have noticed that most places here in the UK don't have them.
The bed & room
Location - too far out of town - would stay in Wells next time
Friendly, helpful staff. High quality, clean accommodation. Good bed.
Only 1 tea bag for each guest seemed a bit mean !
Standard premier inn
Its right main road so bedrooms very noisy , bed was really uncomfortable, tv to small . Not one bit of info about Glastonbury tut tut .... premier are loosing the edge . Beds used to be very comfy know just hard feel every spring ...
location and quiet rooms
Bed too hard Arrangements in bar strange - paying before getting food.
The bed was far too hard for my wife and I. It aggravated my wifes' sciatica and gave me a very sore back. We both spent the nights tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. A very poor quality of sleep was achieved contrary to your advertising campaign.
It's a good base , just about within a comfortable walking distance from town centre
Queue at coffee machine
The staff were excellent as was the bed and pillows. The room size was better than anticipated but accept his was classified as a 'disabled' access room.
The shoddy build of the whole property. Hardly a solid wall, poor insulation, stud internal walls that amplified voices/TV and made worse by the existence of an interconnecting door to the room adjoining.
Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Impeccably clean.
Staff were very helpful Room was clean and bed was a nice size Restaurant food was lovely and staff were also very friendly
Breakfast was fine, as were receptionists. Good location.
Room could have been made up with more care and Brewer's Fayre was disappointing for evening meal.
The breakfast and evening meal was very good. A comfy room with air-conditioning made for a good nights sleep.
The bathroom was not as clean as I am use to in a premier inn.
Staff. Restaurant. Food. Fairly soundproof too.
You were very booked up with air show etc. We had two disabled rooms that were left. Probably not used much so when the loo was flushed or you had a shower the shower drain smelt of sewage. Hot water needs to be run regularly to stop smell. smell it in the carpark, so maybe you have a bigger problem. Thought rooms expensive.
It was clean
Located on a main road with sewage works at the back got out off the car and the smell was band. That's why I would think the windows did not open.No noise from outside but plenty from the floor above.Good night sleep you be lucky. We where not!
The location between Glastonbury and street.
We were in the disabled room 7 i think. The smell coming from the drains in the bathroom was dreadful. We have been promised a refund. I believe a plumber a was being called.
Convenient, clean and delivers everything you need for a stop off point. Doesn't over promise, does over deliver
Pillows were a little firm, suppose this is personal preference though. No phone in the room A little pricey for the type of hotel £75+ per night room only. This is obviously a busy destination though so can understand the higher price due to demand.
Having clean, comfy room with restaurant next door.
Could hear the people in the room above walking around (but PI know about this).
Beds not comfortable
Easy to find
Basic but clean
