The size of the room and comfort of the bed was excellent. The young lady at the check in was friendly, efficient and helpful. The food at the adjoining Beefeater pub was extremely good value and the whole experience was excellent.
A mirror above the dressing table would be beneficial.
Clean Staff were very friendly and helpful Comfortable Great value for money Restaurant Room spacious
Could find no fault with the hotel, and had a good nights sleep. Rooms were very spacious, clean and the perfect temperature.
Did not like the adjoining restaurant. We waited over an hour, and this was not explained to us first. The food was cold, and unacceptable. I understand it was a busy Friday night, but the standards were extremely poor. However, we did complain at the time and were given a free dessert, did not really make up for it. Would NOT use the restaurant again.
The bed was too high and I fell out of bed . No electrical points near the bed. Breakfast extra to price
close to town centre, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. great nights sleep (even though our room overlooked the car park). lovely meal and great breakfast.
We loved the easy to find location, friendly staff and the fact that we booked the room at an excellent special rate.
Loved the size of the room and bathroom as even although staying one night it was perfect
Staff were very helpful
Not enough ventilation in family room
Disabled room 3 needs a refurb
Very friendly and helpful staff. Food good value. (Special deal if you were staying there). Disabled room and car parking. Location made it easy for us to travel around.
Only normally allowed one small towel and two large towels for two people but did get second small towel when asked. Charge for WI-FI. Tight on coffees and teas but could get more on request.
Staff where most helpful and the room was a fair size.
Remainder of hotel a bit grubby.
Easy to find ideal stop off for our journey further on
Breakfast was great!
We had a family room and it was huge, great for the kids!
The bathroom was looking a little tired and could do with replacing.
Premier Inn lovely comfy bed room clean and tidy, let down pretty badly by Brewers Fayre. I'm not really a picky person.
Brewers Fayre attached. Carpets and seats badly marked require cleaning. Food was okay, but only okay. Pork chop was changed for chicken without being told? Generally quite a tired looking place. Disappointed
Nice hotel , handy having the pub next door
Miles away from anywhere, didnt rate the food in the pub next door
Very efficient friendly staff. Food excellent
Noisy fan in toilet
There was lots of noise threw the night people knocking on room door threw the night
Staff were very excellent they couldn't do enough to help or provide service, even printing off route maps for us to find our wedding. The food in the restaurant was also plentyfull and of excellent quality. =)
The location map attached to your website on google was worse that useless! It only showed two roundabouts and there are squillions in Glenrothes!
Comfortable beds, nice staff.
Walls are thin and could hear a lot, good for visiting friends but otherwise out in the back of beyond. Need a car or cab.
Spacious clean rooms with ample space for the four of us. Being right next door to the restaurant was ideal. Although not fine dining it was more than adequate for our family. We got the rooms for a great price with breakfast included would not hesitate to book with premier inn in the near future.
Really easy to find; nice location surrounded by trees & grassy areas; Staff were helpful, polite & friendly.
Continental breakfast is quite expensive for what you get, i.e. if you only wanted toast & a drink, this is the only option. Could you at least add eggs onto this menu,so that it's more substantial?
Staff were so friendly and made the stay so pleasant.
A little bit of mould in the bathroom. Nothing major, just needs a little touching up.
Everything spot on as usual
As travelled by bus, had to cross 2 very dangerous roads to the hotel. Afraid next year will book alternative. No fault of Premier Inn as 99% of guests come by car.
How comfy the bed was
