Good location close to motorway and lots of parking

I found the hotel clean and comfortable. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Good food at the whittle Inn. I will stay at the Hotel again in the future.

Bit of a distance out of the town, you would need a car to get to the centre. But near to a Tesco for any odds and ends and right next door to breakfast.

This hotel is very close to our families homes and is the only reason for staying in this Premier. It has easy parking and easy access to the main roads.

Location is not really good for the town or sites or shopping.

Quiet comfortable rooms and friendlt staff.

We stayed at Glouster Park for the Cheltenham races. There is a bus over the road into Cheltenham so we left the car & used public transport which meant we could enjoy the atmosphere of the festival. Also we were very impressed with the pub next door.

Free wifi is only for 30 minutes. £3 for 24 hours after that. For a business hotel, I think internet access should always be provided.

The customer service is excellent I think! There was a mistake booking in another person in our room but the Hotel staff has quickly resolved this and provided us with an excellent service after realising their mistake. They apologised and rectified the mistake as quickly as possible. We even ended up paying lower rates than expected.

Very clean comfortable room.

Say what you want about the Premier Inn group, you always know what to expect, clean, convenient, cheap and comfortable. Not the most romantic or scenic accommodation but certainly suits my family and I.

Very clean and our family room still had space to move around in. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Plus the breakfast at the Brewer's Fayre next door was great, loads of choice.

No lounge or bar in the hotel. It would have been good to have an area where we could have sat with the kids

ロケーションが街から離れていて、周囲には大きなスーパーやファミリーレストラン、ファストフード店はある- が、まともな食事を食べるためには車で移動する必要がある。

Ons dochter woont niet zo ver van het hotel, dicht bij een supermarkt en een pub waar je lekker kan eten voor een goede prijs. En het personeel is ook zeer vriendelijk. En het ontbijt was ook zeer lekker en verzorgd.

Convenient location. Easy check in and out. Plentiful breakfast.
