All staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and had a lovely size room.
Great, had everything we requested ready for us. Quiet and comfortable with good air conditioning. It was part of a mall which was nice to see.
Only 30 minutes free wifi, but the store outside has it for free when it's open.
Very comfy beds.
Nothing to dislike.
Quick and easy check in, nice clean family room, friendly and helpful staff. Ideally located - just 5 minutes from the M5, we stayed here as a halfway stopover on our way to Devon from North Wales. The pub next door was quite good to.
Nothing to dislike
the friendly staff on reception explained everything thoroughly, the breakfast was excellent value for money all you can eat and so much variety.
lack of pillows, lack of shower gel and soap all should have been topped up prior to arrival
everything you need is within walking distance food pub etc
The staff and the breakfast
Very friendly staff and very clean room.
Breakfast was a little expensive. Corridors a little noisy in the morning.
Large family room on ground floor. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast
This hotel suited our group .for the purpose of our stay. A wedding held locally. Excellent and enjoyable stay.
Proximity to M5 Nearby restaurant & shops Free parking
The staff were extra friendly and willing to help, room perfect for a family of 4, nice, comfy sleep and modern facilities
Internet access was extra, not included in the price
Could do with a few more milk pots for coffee / tea
The room was clean and tidy.
Good location for stopping off travelling to Devon
Quiet, clean, everything worked. TESCO fuel station across the road was very convenient and cheap if one needed to refuel for an onward journey.
The approach from Gloucester via the business park traffic lights and numerous islands was difficult to find first time in the dark. Estate signage towards the hotel was poor.
The waitress in the brewers fayre where we had breakfast.think her name was Sophie. she went out of her way to make our meal one to remember
it was a hot night and couldnt get the air con to go. No phone in the room. One thing I definitely think you should change is the CHEAP toilet paper
The room very clean n breakfast was very tasty
Most staff in the eating place are very friendly young staff willing to have polite conversation (one name I still remember one to keep hold of!! ) she had little time but put her self out to make it a pleasurable evening and would have had more time for u except her manager seemed to think sales were far more important! They didn't have time to interact with customers!Which is a vital part of any restaurant or bar work
Access from motorway.
Beds, size of room, staff, cleanliness was excellent, restaurant, breakfast! Local shops and all round good service and helpful staff.
A heads up more than a dislilke. Not many towels.....on this occasion.
It was all very good, the staff were very pleasant.
Clean comfortable rooms ,
Extortionate price because of cheltenham festival
Friendly staff and good location, with some good shops in walking distance. Comfy room and a good clean bathroom Good size tv that you could see anywhere in the room.
Lack of pillows (only one spare between the four of us), and those that were available were either too soft so non existent or too hard :-( Took us all over an hour to get to sleep, but when we did go to reception to ask for more, we were told that they had now. However, the lady at reception did go and search for more and was back within 10 mins. The fried breakfast was disappointing as the hash browns were very soggy and clearly had been microwaved for some time.
Staff and location
We were welcomed by a lovely lady and it was a bright and welcoming hotel, the restaurant attached was excellent also.
Bed was a little on the hard side, may be worth investing in mattress toppers ? x
