In the Cotswold village of Frampton Mansell, The Crown Inn is a 17th-century ‘cider house’ with log fires, traditional home-cooked food, locally brewed real ales and good company!

Staff were friendly at both the premier Inn and the Beef Eater. Good shower.
Double room very very small...too small for 2 people. Bed was very hard. Not enough plug sockets. Not enough room to put our clothes away as we were there a week.
Food were very friendly and helpful We had our bicycles with us and were allowed to take them into the room.
Restaurant next door was very busy (we were warned) so we had to wait quite a while to be served and for our food to arrive.
Convenience for city centre
Eatery could have had a more expansive menu
Staff friendly, efficient and highly informative; facilities all that one could need; a wonderful night's sleep - what is there not to like and tell others about!
The Premier Inn - nothing. Liked everything. However, although the breakfasts were superb, the restaurant next door has problems in the evening. There were items not on the menu two evenings running and they were seriously under-staffed. There were long waits for first drinks and 25 minutes at the end trying to pay the bill.
The receptionist Zoe was fantastic and went out of her way to assist with various enquiries we had.
Staff nice and friendly Bed comfy as allways Room very clean Breakfast good value
The rooms where tiny and dirty also smelly plus there's no proper window too open stuffy they supply a fan but it's noisy no air con at 100 pound a night it's very expensive
It was a convenient location although a little out if Gloucester town centre
Tea urn didn't have hot water in morning
Quiet hotel. Clean room. Friendly welcome.
More than we are used to paying at Premier Inn hotels
The room was dated and filthy ver smelly I complained but they didn't fix the urine smell
We arrived early granted, but they didn't even have a room for us to get changed in as we were due at a wedding that afternoon so me and my four-year-old daughter and wife had to get changed in the pub toilets! And on the website when I booked the room it was booked as two adults and one child when I got there I was told I had to pay for an extra breakfast because the room was down as single occupancy!?
Good breakfast at beefeater restaurant. Comfy bed in premier inn
Check in/out was quick and easy
We were there 4 nights and our bed was never changed. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
Easy check in Pleasant rooms and facilities
room was clean and tidy
beefeater attached to hotel was not serving?!
Location is good
The whole hotel building is old smelly and worn compared to other PremierInn hotels I've stayed in, Bicester, Heathrow Bath Rd, and Princess St Edinburgh. The bed wasn't as comfortable either. The staff were friendly but seemed to be doing their best under difficult circumstances. Computer system was down on checkin, the foyer roof leaked, the bathroom fans were inadequate and the room was too small. This hotel building needs upgrading and staff need better management and or more training.
STAFF VERY FRIENDY .CLEAN.
THE MATTRESS IS VERY HARD BUT I HAVE FOUND THIS IN ALLTHE PREMIER INNS. THERE WAS ONE INCIDENT WHEN WILL SAT IN THE BAR THE BARMAN SMASHED A BOTTLE AND DID NOT CLEAN THE GLASS UP TILL SOMEBODY COMPLAINED AND PEOPLE WERE WALKING THROUGHT BROKEN GLASS.
The location, the bed
Warm room, no air con Very thick quilt
friendly and helpful staff excellent breakfasts
I had booked a room with access facilities but on arrival was told the room had been flooded and could not be used. I could not get into the bath to have a shower and anyway I could not make the hot tap work - it was looked at but I still couldn't get a drop of water from it!! Someone had been sick outside the front entrance - I mentioned it but nothing happened so that by my second morning flies were all over it.
Within walking distance to a Reunion we were attending. Quiet and peaceful stay.
does exactly what it says !

Bar for Residents closed between 11-12.
Staff were friendly & helpful. Checking out time.
