Very friendly and quiet

Proximity to Gloucester Rugby Club - we had tickets for the afternoon match

Car park was jammed. Room-only tariff seemed more than usually advertised rates

Easy location to Hartpury College

Rooms small, bathroom very small and beds extremely hard. All looked a bit jaded

The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful.

Room was cold. Pillows were too soft. Only one chair in a double room?

Good parking! easy access to the city centre and environs, comfortable, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, all in all, excellent value for money.

Give me time, no doubt I'll think of something, but at the moment, nothing occurs.

Ridiculous fittings in bathroom that refused to dispense toilet paper. Smell of mildew throughout the building. Damp atmosphere, very oppressive. Room was made up for 4 people despite booking in as a couple?

The excellent breakfast.

As a disabled traveller I was very disappointed in the bathroom facilities in our room. Granted there were lots of handrails and wider doors, but the bath was totally unsuitable. I use a wheelchair and I am unable to get in and out of a bath or stand for a shower. I had to perch very uncomfortably on the tiled shelf at the end of the tub to shower. The provision of a simple board across the bath or a shower chair in the bath would have made all the difference.

The decor of the room is looking abit tired and the shower/bath tap needs attention. Not sure if the bathroom fan is suppose to work but it didn't during my stay.

Disturbed 3 times during the night by the same people out in the corridor. Mentioned to staff in the morning - they apologised and said that they had several other complaints. They didn't offer the price promise refund of guaranteed good nights sleep. Difficult one as unless we complained and got out of bed during the night they couldn't have done much about it. I think it might have been nice that they could have offered a partial refund as others had also complained.

Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Bed was extremely comfortable. Thank you

Coffee only warm after 9am prices misleading after seeing billboard outside awkward having to go outside to another building for meals

We did have a slight issue about whether our breakfast was included even though our paperwork said it was however the receptionist sorted it without any fuss. The staff were friendly and it was typical of a premier inn - clean and tidy but basic
