Having requested a twin room only double rooms were available. Thanks very much to the owner who gave us the nights stay for nothing.

The breakfast was pretty good for an average hotel. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

The carpets were a bit dirty and I had no soap in my shower:((((

The Heating could have been better -At 28 degrees it didn't feel warm! The tv controls didn't work from the Bed only close up say 1m away that was annoying! Would have liked a lift carrying the bags was quite difficult up & down the stais and around the narrow corridors to/from room Premier Inn allocated parking close to the entrance would be helpful

The bathroom was cold,ie no form of heating.I prefer some warm!!

Over many visits in the last aid many visits over past years this is our favourite place to stay...largely because of the welcome attention and friendliness of the staff......in particular Nicki and Harley Including oher Premier Inns this one is noe a regular place for our monthly or so visits.

Being on the small size for a Premier Inn, it felt much more personal and the staff we had dealings with were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was particularly nice withthe cooked part being waitress service.

Would have like a phone in the bedroom to contact reception etc

Large, clean, air conditioned spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. Large breakfast.

Soap in bathroom not working. Not enough tea bags

Expensive. I arrived at 11.04 and would've loved a glass of wine. Even guests can't order a late drink.

I was so pleased to enjoy the special attention of Nicky, who was so delightful at the reception desk. I had just arrived from Los Angeles, and really had no sense of direction or orientation. I was extremely fatigued and attempting to surprise my girlfriend and soon to be fiancee with my visit. Nicky assisted me in so many ways with my internet connection, mapping out other locations and coordinating the actual surprise visit. Nicky was so in tune with her guests and their visit, she acted upon her keen instincts and assisted me as soon as I needed help. What a most memorable reunion my girlfriend and I had that evening. I will treasure that night forever and I owe it all to the kindness of Nicky . She is a tremendous asset to your staff and establishment. My future wife and myself will always hold her dear to our hearts. Thank you, Nicky

The price was reasonable and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is available until 11.00a.M. on Sundays. The room was pleasant enough with a very comfortable bed and a nice bath (good for my bad back!). Parking easy.

Slightly odd smell in bathroom - not awful, but suggested possible minor plumbing or ventilation problem.

Nickki the receptionist was fantastic

The person on Reception was excellent. The Restaurant and Staff were excellent.

The carpets were not cleaned around the edges. There was no outlook at all from the bedroom . The bottom half of the windows were obscurely glazed making the room very claustrophobic. The television was attached to the cupboard in a position which made it difficult to see and it was a mall screen. The bed was uncomfortable and I found it difficult to sleep and woke with a backache.

Efficient and friendly managers and reception

Only one bedroom chair.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and a reasonable price. The restaurant had nice food too.

The sound proofing was not great so you could hear people outside your room and in adjacent rooms.
