Easy Check in and friendly and efficient staff Unfortunately my room was immediately above a bin store and clanging lids during a very windy night disrupted my sleep. However I was reimbursed by the 'good nights sleep guaranteed' promise, which impressed me.

Provides value for money. Easy access - no fuss. Staff friendly and accommodating. Very clean. Lack of free wi-Fi in the bedroom. (Said there was 30 free minutes but couldn't detect a signal in the bedroom. Soap dispenser in shower difficult to work.

The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Food was very good, I tried Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. All meals were excellent and the Staff ensured that everything was as one would wish, I was unable to get a signal on my mobile phone thus it was necessary to leave the building to make a call. One thing I didn't understand was why I was given a dis_abledled room?

- Excellent staff who were attentive and very hospitable. - Decent location for business visits in the area, adjacent to the M18. - Comfortable room with reasonable facilities as you'd expect from a Premier Inn. - Typically souless. - A litte on the expensive side (£78) for what is nothing more than a budget hotel. - Whilst the location is convenient, be warned that the hotel is situated on a small service station complete with 24 hour Mc Chav-Donalds and teenagers driving heavily modified 'S' reg Citroen Saxos. Although, granted, this is not the fault of Premier Inn!

Rooms clean, warm, comfortable. Price of breakfast too expensive for what was on offer. Could do with more tea/coffee in room.

Warm and happy room. My children felt very safe and secure. The additional costs for breakfast, it was a little too expensive so we went to McDonalds nextdoor :-)

Clean hotel with a comfortable bed. Tanika - the girl at the reception - is very positive and helpful. Quite a drive from the station and Carlton Towers where I attended an event.
