The spacious room, comfortable bed, and plenty of hot water! Lovely.
Nothing at all.
Had to find a hotel at short notice and booked online . Accomodation was good but lacked on site facility's .
Lack of facilitys
No room service
I travel and stay in different hotels a lot, considering this was just a Premier Inn the service and quality of the room was very good. The receptionist was great, very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. I checked into the room and there was some noise from the room above, I mentioned it at reception and the gentleman offered to move me without any hesitation.
The staff and the rooms were good
Lovely friendly staff. The room was clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.
No restaurant, although the Sail maker pub was only a few steps away. Food there not great. The breakfast buffet was not hot.The carvery had no taste and the chips had an odd taste to them. VERY busy in the evening and difficult to get served.
Only Taxi ride from Gosport ( which the hotel arranged) Clean rooms and comfortable. Proper bed for child. Shower was great. Tea and coffee. Large tv. Great breakfast next door.
Connectivity for TV excellent All usual premier inn facilities available. Nearby public leisure facilities convenient
Location on A32 very slow for getting north at all Marstons Pub for food not particularly inspiring
Great reception staff.Aiden in the bar was a legend.Atmosphere for our meal was great...despite being placed near the children's area!Slept like a log!!!
Hotel cost way too expensive. Breakfast was a bit of a mess with spilt food not cleared at the servery, juice spilt on the drinks table, just a bit disorganised
staff great clean rooms good sleep good value for money
I was greeted by a really friendly receptionist who obviously loved her job. Nothing was too much trouble and this friendliness and helpfulness continued throughout my stay. Wonderful!
1) Staff members were considerate, pleasant and helpfull. 2) Checking out...
Absolute crime in charging £268 for a two night stay for a quadruple room. Childs pullout bed CRAMMED in between the sofa, made into bed #3. My wife couldn't get out of bed as there was no floor space. My youngest child woke up on our other son's bed as again no floor space. Windows don't open so the very small room felt like a prison cell. Breakfast not included in cost of accomodation. Public house calls orders at 10.45.... Yep usual time I know, but it's back to the prison cell then.... Quadruple rooms still only contain the one chair at desk, so bed it is then... I don't consider this much increased cost of the hotel to be at a budget price.. Lesson learnt.!! Won't be using Premier Inns again... Shame... They just lost a large business account from me...I wouldn't sugest any of my staff staying at any of their premises whilst on business...
Not far from my daughter's house. Room was clean.
£148 pounds for a one night stay, in a room that wasn't that big, both my husband and I are coffee drinkers and only two sachets of coffee in the room and it was decaf, I don't drink decaf. Choice would have been nice. Had dinner in the Sailmaker , drinks and food being ordered at the same till, took forever, only two members behind the bar. Breakfast, had to pay extra if you want a costa coffee, I have stayed at a lot of premier inns and the costa coffee was included in the price .As my daughter has just moved to Gosport, my husband and I will be travelling to Gosport every other weekend but we will not be paying those prices.
All new and sparkining. The usual comfortable bed in a large room. Proper bathroom with a bath and shower. Big TV screen. Quiet location. Helpful receptionist.
Restaurant adjacent was full of families. Some way from alternative quieter restaurants. Cost for a room at £130 is not great value.
Friendly, helpful staff, nice clean room couldnt fault it.
The attached pub was extremely busy and not enough staff behind the bar. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. I had to ask for teaspoons and milk on both occasions.
bus handy to Gosport-pub wonderful
As a lone female travelling on business, the receptionist (Kerry) couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly and caring. The bar restaurant too was welcoming and the food was good. Upon my departure, Kerry again asked if everything was ok with my stay which rarely happens. I would most certainly book here again when I'm next down on business.
There was nothing that I didn't like about my stay.
Obviously a new build so everything still spick and span. Good size rooms especially if you are a family.
Expensive for what it is A Marriott 4* hotel in the centre of Bristol costs less!
Location was ideal Cleanliness of the room . Excellent customer care
cost was a little more than expected when adding in breakfast Shower cap in bathroom would be handy and flannels Few more sachets of coffee and milk These are just fairly small points but would be very welcome I think !
all of it and the bar allowing children in certainly helped .
Very quiet. Room was great.
Refill for soap in bathroom needed to be topped up. Very minor and I would think the maid would have done this when she made up the room that day.
Size and comfort of bed
Separate building for dining
The bedrooms were functional but spacious
Nearest shop 20 minutes away on foot. Mean with tea and milk in the rooms. Bedroom windows non -opening.
