all breakfast and stay you made us welcome
Clean, comfortable, roomy and well located. Office peripherals very useful viz, USB, HDMI etc hook ups available in room but see comment re WiFi below.
Charge for Wi-Fi in this day and age? Breakfast per head separate-cost too high.
Flat screen TV Spacious room Everything pretty new Bathroom v clean Pub food close by Leaisure centre with pool across the road
Windows didn't open Air stale/circulation poor Air Heating slow to adjust
Friendly staff, room ok, only 30 min free wifi, adjoining pub had very limited menu unless you want the carvery
Dull lighting, funny smell in room
The comfort of the bed and size of room. Easily accessible to where our family lived who we were visiting. Could control room temperature as window could not be opened
The fact that no shower was available in the bathroom. My wife has difficulty in getting in and out of a bath due to hip replacement. The large amount of people having breakfast at Pub on site. Difficult to get to food stations and had to wait for food at hot counter
Very comfy and warm room.
Proximity to Gosport and fareham buses and ferry to Portsmouth
Clean efficient hotel. Would be excellent for a business person. did really well for my requirements.
Not much. Had to have breakfast around the corner in the pub. Breakfast was OK, but I think got good value for money, and people were very friendly.
Peaceful Very helpful staff
Lovely room with loads of space .
Awful coffee in the rooms,
Really friendly staff, good breakfast, easy to find and plenty of parking
Couldn't sleep first night because of noisy floorboards above, got moved to top floor straight away suggesting this is a known issue
The spacious room, comfortable bed, and plenty of hot water! Lovely.
Nothing at all.
Had to find a hotel at short notice and booked online . Accomodation was good but lacked on site facility's .
Lack of facilitys
No room service
I travel and stay in different hotels a lot, considering this was just a Premier Inn the service and quality of the room was very good. The receptionist was great, very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. I checked into the room and there was some noise from the room above, I mentioned it at reception and the gentleman offered to move me without any hesitation.
The staff and the rooms were good
Lovely friendly staff. The room was clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.
No restaurant, although the Sail maker pub was only a few steps away. Food there not great. The breakfast buffet was not hot.The carvery had no taste and the chips had an odd taste to them. VERY busy in the evening and difficult to get served.
Only Taxi ride from Gosport ( which the hotel arranged) Clean rooms and comfortable. Proper bed for child. Shower was great. Tea and coffee. Large tv. Great breakfast next door.
Connectivity for TV excellent All usual premier inn facilities available. Nearby public leisure facilities convenient
Location on A32 very slow for getting north at all Marstons Pub for food not particularly inspiring
Great reception staff.Aiden in the bar was a legend.Atmosphere for our meal was great...despite being placed near the children's area!Slept like a log!!!
Hotel cost way too expensive. Breakfast was a bit of a mess with spilt food not cleared at the servery, juice spilt on the drinks table, just a bit disorganised
staff great clean rooms good sleep good value for money
I was greeted by a really friendly receptionist who obviously loved her job. Nothing was too much trouble and this friendliness and helpfulness continued throughout my stay. Wonderful!
1) Staff members were considerate, pleasant and helpfull. 2) Checking out...
Absolute crime in charging £268 for a two night stay for a quadruple room. Childs pullout bed CRAMMED in between the sofa, made into bed #3. My wife couldn't get out of bed as there was no floor space. My youngest child woke up on our other son's bed as again no floor space. Windows don't open so the very small room felt like a prison cell. Breakfast not included in cost of accomodation. Public house calls orders at 10.45.... Yep usual time I know, but it's back to the prison cell then.... Quadruple rooms still only contain the one chair at desk, so bed it is then... I don't consider this much increased cost of the hotel to be at a budget price.. Lesson learnt.!! Won't be using Premier Inns again... Shame... They just lost a large business account from me...I wouldn't sugest any of my staff staying at any of their premises whilst on business...
