Nothing comes to mind
The room was far too hot and wouldnot turn down. Couldnt open the window significantly either. Consequently they invoked the Good Nights Sleep guarantee and cancelled the roomcharge
have stayed here several times and have always found it enjoyable.Lovely room as usual
we were a little disappointed with the service in the breakfast room.staff stood around chattering while my husband had to wait to get the attention of the manager to fill up the orange juice and then had to call the manager over to take our breakfast order as we were waiting 20 minutes and we had a journey to make.i didn't realise it took 3 staff to clear/clean a table.food wasn't that great either :-(
Spacious room, Good washing and bathing facilities
friendly helpful staff, clean rooms with very comfortable bed. lovely breakfast all freshly cooked and hot, with plenty of choices.
The beds and pillows are so comfy. The reception staff were very helpful in booking a taxi and a table at a nearby restaurant. The buffet breakfast in very good value. The hotel and rooms are very quiet. The location is good as it is just off the A1
Very Helpful Staff!!!
WiFi was down on one of my nights :(
The service the room the bed oh that bed was great and a great breakfast thank you premier inn .
Nothing at all
Friendly staff, good breakfast in the linked restaurant and cleanliness.
Bed was too soft for our liking, personal taste though.
Excellent, can't fault. Staff friendly and helpfully
Quick booking in and a very good price
needed some biscuits in the room (was starving ;-)
Very friendly staff
The reception staff were excellent but the lady in the breakfast restaurant was the best we have ever encountered she was first class a great night
This was supposed to be a good night sleep guaranteed. We were by the stairs, constantly disturbed. Then fobbed off by the receptionist. Poor
everything. Staff very friendly. Rooms very spacious, excellent bed and furnishings. Very good restaurant right next door.
comfort of room, staff
Very easy check in Friendly Staff Good food and ale next door in family friendly establishment with very good breakfast
I liked the room and the bed.
I didn't like heating facilities. Very poor heating. Cleanliness very poor. There is no heating in toilet. The heating is very poor in room.
Very comfortable bed. Disabled room very spacious and the bathroom was ideal for my husband who has some mobility issues. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Onsite restaurant (Brewer's Fayre) was very busy and noisy when we went for dinner. Service was OK but choice of food was not really to our taste - too much emphasis on fast food, chips etc. Breakfast, however, was very good and up to the standard of all Premier inns we have stayed in.
Very friendly staff good location right next to a1
Bed duvet far to heavy and to thick and breakfast just average
As given in 1,2 &3
none in particular
Big bed easy location
Small TV Having to pay for wifi wifi slow
Reception was very understanding when booking.com messed up my booking. She immediately put it right and got me a room. Very friendly throughout. Room was good size and clean. Restaurant had kids play area which is a lifesaver while waiting for food. Not too pricey either. Overall a nice stay, would stay again if in the area.
TV was a bit small for size of room and my room was the furthest it could possibly be from the entry. Also it can be tricky to get to if you come in from the wrong road. Wish they had free wifi as its pay for use only. That's about it.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay the staff were very helpful and the quality of the hotel was excellent.
Why spoil the service by charging for wifi which is a must for most travellers.
Typical Premier Inn,no issues again
