Premier Inn Grantham  

Easy booking, easy access, pleasant room efficient staff.

Shower curtain - prefer screen or ideally shower cubicle instead of in bath.

It was well situated for Woolsthorpe ,Belton and Belvoir castle which we went to visit .The Brewers Fayre was very convenient for our meals.

Only one chair in room . A lack of hooks to hang towels clothes ect in bathroom .

Although close to the A1it was really quiet. Bed really comfortable, security good as I am a woman travelling alone.

Clean, tidy easy to get into town. Excellent and helpfull staff.

I always stay at Premier Inns, for both business and pleasure, as I find them the most comfortable and friendly of budget hotels.

Position of inn was good for a mid-journey stop. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bed was too hard for my wife although fine for me. Not quite as sparkling clean as my first recent experience of Premier Inns. e.g. black mould around bath sealant. Also would have liked an armchair each or settee as in Cheltenham P. Inn

Location, easy parking, general facilities

We did not need a disabled room but as that was offered we took it as we only have arthritis in hip and knees and are fairly mobile but the facilities were too low for us I.E. wash hand basin and bed. Once in we decided to live with it.

We only stayed one night on a room only basis, to attend an RAF reunion in Grantham. Nevertheless, we had a very comfortable stay.

I like an English breakfast, but I am carefull about how much I eat. To me, it's a waste of money to pay for 'all you can eat' and only be able to eat one small helping. A cheaper option of the same type of food would be nice.

Clean, comfortable, modern, in good condition, quiet, friendly staff on Reception.

Our room was at the far end of the hotel, quite far away from the lift. Would have preferred to be closer as we have a small child and had lots of bags.

Frank - an assett to any hotel especially at breakfast time.

Everything was a welcome with pleasant style and willingness to help so nothing I didn't like.

Room was large and comfortable. Cleanest I have stayed in. Everything we needed and easy to get to. Excellent value for money.

Brewers fayre for eating. They were very busy and the food was not great.

The buffet breakfast, and the beds are very comfortable.

Having to queue behind non-guests for breakfast on Sunday morning.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Always smiling.

Gap down the side of the bedroom door and bottom lets corridor light in. very bright. Breakfast could be updated and improved.
