For purposes of this trip location was suitable for me. However the location generally was not nice. Litter in car park and general feeling of dowdiness.
Clicking noise of hot air room heater throughout the night. resorted to turning switch off beneath the heater but clicking although quieter remained. Bed not as comfortable as other premier Inns I have stayed at and duvet thin with no other blankets available in room. only two tea bags and no coffee first night could ask for more at reception but once undressed and resting not convenient to walk down to reception. WiFi only 30 minutes free before needing to upgrade at £5 per day. Overall this stay was similar to hostel accommodation at hotel prices.
Local pub was nice , hotel was easy to get too and nice staff
Staff where so helpful and made you feel welcome. I think I was the longest stay person staf made me feel like a friend
Very warm welcome from the receptionist. Comfortable room and facilities. Easy access to the A2.
Paid more than expected based on current TV advertising (£71 as opposed to anticipated £29 - £40ish). Pub next door not really conducive to a "quiet drink with your partner".
Excellent staff on reception.
Only one towel, keys didn't work, cold room, heating not up to much. Basic, tired facilities
Staff friendly with room being adequate
To pricy for what you get. Rooms are cold, the thermostat goes to 24 degreess but is maintained to stay at that temp. Having to pay for your internet. And no continental not included. American orientated
It was east to find, clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was ample and there was a good choice.
I was woken up very early in morning by person on floor above walking about/ or was it stairs? and there was noise later in evening as other party arrived in hotel.
Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and convenient to Ebbsfleet station
Having travelled for 6 hours we arrived around 8pm and were disappointed that the pub next door had stopped cooking by that time and we had to get in the car and travel into Gravesend to find something to eat.
Reasonably priced, good sized room with all the necessary facilities for an overnight stay
This particular hotel gave us just the rest we needed with no problems. We were left to ourselves and any questions we had the staff were always happy to help.
I have a family of 5. I would prefer 1 room. From what I could see there would have been plenty of space for all of us. I didn't like the fact we had to pay double the expense for 2 rooms every visit. If it was cheaper we would be able to afford the stay at premier inns more often.
It was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable
The staff did not inform us breakfast finished at 9am We arrive for breakfast around 10-9 and was told it was closed. Also I had to have 4 credit on arrival as were overcharged 4 times and a further 4 credits because we did not have breakfast.
Place was clean but basic. though perfectly suitable for a 1 night stay. The receptionist was very helpful, doing his best to find the most suitable room for us. The food at The George was good for the money.
The noise from other guests which kept us awake 'til 2 in the morning, doors banging and loud chatter.
Easy to get to off the motorway and a good pub/restaurant next door
Put up in a disabled room and everything is very low down
Breakfast v poor
The staff could not have been more helpful. We went to a wedding which started before we could check in. We were able to leave our bags whuch were later put in the room, fill out paperwork and even get our keys so when we came back later we could just go straight to our room. The staff were all friendly and keen to help.
We paid for breakfast but it was of a disappointing quality. It was a buffet which was fine but the eggs were overcooked and the rest had been out for a while. The juice glasses were not very clean either. The breakfast is not complimentary, and has been better at other premier inns I have stayed at previously.
It's always clean and in very good order.
Some very noisy guests on one of the nights but couldn't be bothered to get up to complain. Not your fault though. Food not great.
Excellent staff who bent over backwards to be helpful. Room was plain but very comfortable. We would definately go back.
The meal we had at The George, the restaurant over the road, was very unsatisfactory. The food was not cooked properly and was not presented well. I would not recommend eating there at all. Also the disabled room needs a bar across the bathroom door to close it rather than just the standard door handle.
It was a clean hotel and easily accessible from A2/M2
Bookings.com website indicated that this hotel was 17 miles away from Leigh on Sea while in fact it was 32 miles away. The beds in this hotel were not comfortable
Staff couldn't be more helpful
Bed was creaky, room was too warm and not controllable.
1.Parking facility was good 2.hotel security was good.
1.Breakfast was OK but service was poor. 2.Rooms are bit small. 3.In the bath sink, hot and cold water tape are separate, hot is too hot and cold is too cold to use. 4.You can say,It is bed and breakfast not a three star hotel.
Super friendly and helpful staff
Wi-Fi should be free these days
Staff very pleasant.
Breakfast was very poor at the carvery next door. Room very stuffy, poor ventilation.
Very convenient for Ebbsfleet, though having done the journey once, next time I'll take a slightly later Eurostar and drive there direct from home
The bed was uncomfortable until we placed the duvet on top of the mattress and we had to ask for a second set of towels. These were handed over readily enough but should you really have to ask?
Hotel and Restaurant staff were excellent, food very good. The restaurant was very busy with locals, always a good sign.
Room was very warm, with no air conditioning. The fan provided was OK but a litlle noisey.
