1.Parking facility was good 2.hotel security was good.
1.Breakfast was OK but service was poor. 2.Rooms are bit small. 3.In the bath sink, hot and cold water tape are separate, hot is too hot and cold is too cold to use. 4.You can say,It is bed and breakfast not a three star hotel.
Super friendly and helpful staff
Wi-Fi should be free these days
Staff very pleasant.
Breakfast was very poor at the carvery next door. Room very stuffy, poor ventilation.
Hotel and Restaurant staff were excellent, food very good. The restaurant was very busy with locals, always a good sign.
Room was very warm, with no air conditioning. The fan provided was OK but a litlle noisey.
Freindly and helpful staff, very clean rooms.
Food option in pub sub standard, had to send carvery back.
Knowledgeable. Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable with a family feel. Free parking. 24 hour manned reception.
Absolutely nothing !
Location Staff friendliness Cleanliness
Food Did not look so fresh and attractive.the supper we had one evening one of the veg were off.Not really fresh
Had booked a family om however the premier inn hadn't had that info passed on. 2 rooms offered instead.
Handy location, friendly staff, pub next door was ok, but took ages to be served.
Too close to main road, therefore noisy with window open. Room very hot, no air con, though fan provided. Tiny TV, poor signal. Bed very hard and was 2 singles joined together. Didn't sleep at all :(
The Premier Inn was very good with very helpful Staff the facilities are what you expect from a Premier Inn. If you go down the road the a Local Café I would possible stay there again but certainly not Eat in The George.
The George Pub across the Car Park was advertised British Carvrey this was not very good the Beef and Turkey looked very dry, the Pork was OK but Very Fatty the sausage was done to death as was the stuffing. The Vegtables were not very good some over cooked and some very dried up, this was 7.30 Saturday Evening which I would have thought was a busy time but the food looked like it had been there for a considerable amount of time. Breakfast was a Buffet Style serve yourself, sticky tables, No Fresh coffee or tea hot water from a Thermos Jug one Milk option normal selections of food but not great, average to poor. It looked like the breakfast was supplied under protest as it is not connected to the Premier Inn Concern
I found it very comfortable and quiet.
I did have problems with the key to my room.
Was there for a wedding and was able to book in early to get ready
Very helpful staff in reception when i had made wrong booking rooms very clean and beds exceptionally comfortable.
Very poor organisation restaurant we booked for 5pm meal and in my opinion staff should be ready to take your order at that time. However it seemed very chaotic and we had to prompt the staff to get on and take the order etc but food was good .
Staff were excellent - friendly, helpful and welcoming. We turned up too early but were immediately welcomed and found a room. Best service I have had in this type of hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff both in the hotel and restaurant.
Friendly staff. Clean room. Great shower. Plenty of tea/coffee available.
Unable to control Temp of room. The breakfast at the Pub attached to the Premier Inn left alot to be desired. Dried up food served. Not all of continental breakfast available as advertised. Long wait when appeared to be empty. I would not pay for a breakfast there again.
Wasn't expecting much at all, lovely sized room. Very friendly staff, ideal location for what we wanted. :)
Quick refund when told of problems sleeping due to guests in upstairs room walking up and down the whole night... Informative reception staff helped with suggestions of where to eat out in local area.
On site pub breakfast offering was REALLY poor... No fruit salad available and a paltry display of fresh fruit in a sundae glass...Baked beans on the cooked breakfast were cold whereas the mushrooms had clearly just been microwaved and were scalding hot. not a good start to the day, we ate out for breakfast for the remainder of our stay.
The room was quiet, so I had a very good night's rest. The staff were very helpful, giving me clear information when I arrived and helping me book a taxi when I left. The lady on reception even made me a cup of tea while I waited for the taxi - I had just run the Kent Roadrunner marathon, and tea was just what I needed,
The room felt a bit dark when I arrived, as the window was small. However, my reason for staying there was not to have light during the day, but to sleep well at night, so this was not a problem!
Staff were very polite
Location friendly staff
adjacent restaurant not very good
Located off the road so little external noise. Handy to a very pleasant hotel for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of free off-street parking.
Room was on the first floor!
Convenience to motorway. Friendly staff. Size of family room
Breakfast poor in the george compared to other premier inns with food on site. Staff bit rushed slapdash attitude ....No food served between breakfast and 12.30. We had small child who wanted milk and a biscuit at 11 as we had early breakfast
The Hotel :- Booking in receptionist excellent and friendly. The hotel was very clean, all the staff were helpful and friendly. The George Inn :- The food at the George Inn was good and the staff courteous and polite.
The Hotel :-The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. To the extent that my partner obtained another duvet to lay on from the receptionist. Was quite noisy as well. The George Inn :- The tables were not clean (sticky), At breakfast cups and glasses had stains and particles in them, glasses had stuck to tray. On two mornings no teaspoons or saucers. It would appear locals had not seen a lesbian couple before with offensive comments and looks. The bar staff did nothing to alleviate the situation this left us both feeling threatened for our safety and also did nothing for the enjoyment. We only wanted a quiet drink in peace.
