We were greeted by the receptionist (Nikki) who could not have made us more welcome and went out of her way to help us find our way to Ebbsfleet. For a young girl faced with a Sunday evening shift she was a credit to you and really impressed us which put us in a good mood to start our holiday

Good value. Large clean rooms. Friendly staff. Near to Cyclopark The George pub / restaurant which shares the same carpark (and is really the only place to eat out within walking distance, unless you walk to the next nearest hotel) is cheap, but always seems under staffed and unable to cope with the number of diners it gets on Friday and Saturday nights. Breakfasts are good though.

All staff encountered went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food at the attached pub was very poor. Before someone told us that it had recently had a re-fit I commented to my wife that the pub needed gutting as it was so shabby. Lots of items on the dinner menu were unavailable I.E. no burgers as out of burger buns, lasagne - off, no cream so all deserts would come with ice cream instead, however vanilla was off!! Breakfast in the morning was even worse, boiled egg was almost completely raw, all the "all you can eat" items were dried out, cold and quite frankly inedible, overall a very bad show I am afraid.

Good size bed No breakfast as restaurant being refurbished. I booked the hotel as it included breakfast, and there was a restaurant on site. I feel annoyed that neither booking.com or the premier in told us this. Heater in room did not work. We were given an extra duvet (which kept sliding off) and a noisy blow heater (unable to sleep with it on). So we did not have a good nights sleep. There was nobody on reception as we left to voice our complaint despite ringing the bell.

Roomy comfortable rooms. Helpful courteous staff No breakfast as dining room in pub next door was being refurbished - we were not told this prior to booking. Fortunately Best Western next door was accommodating. Annoying to have to book three rooms - our three adult sons could quite easily have taken one room.

The absolute genuine friendlyness of the staff, who actually went the extra mile, and beyond to ensure the comfort of a disabled person, nothing whatsoever was too much for them, a credit to their profession Limited disability facilities, especielly facilities for meals

Reception staff friendly and helpful, especially over on-going travel arrangements. Waiter at dinner very pleasant, but in impossible and embarrassing position due to numerous meals and drinks not being available. Two of the three rooms occupied experienced problems with faulty electric lighting. Quality of food served at dinner was appalling, and only barely digestible. Only eaten because of time since previous meal, and necessity to travel to obtain alternative.Unable to assist with gluten-free diet, although requested on booking. Probably the worst meal at a restaurant for many years.

Free wifi Waiting 35 minutes for meal from order to prentation at the table. The George restaurant bar served a pint of beer which was 1 inch from the rim of the glass. Aloss of approx 14% of the pint. I will be reporting the matter to weights and measures!

Great welcome by lovely receptionist We were very disappointed with the meal in the evening in the pub next door. Couldnt fault the staff serving though, they worked very hard. However, we could not get served by the barman after our meal, he just served other people around us. We just had to leave in the end.

Very friendly and helpful staff in the hotel, clean and comfortable rooms The pub adjoining the hotel where we had breakfast was not particularly clean and had a very 'run down' feel about it. The staff there were 'ok' but seemed a little lethargic and uninterested. Our request, when asked, for fried eggs had turned into scrambled when they finally came out! I would recommend the hotel to friends but would advise them not to use the pub for a meal if they could avoid it.

the friendliness of the staff without being too intrusive. the room was excellent and had all facilities that enabled me to feel comfortable and at home. the room along with all public spaces were clean and smelled fresh. the bed linen was well laundered and looked extremely fresh. there was nothing I did not like about the premier inn.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable room. Quiet in spite of the proximity of the A2(M) and Channel Tunnel rail link. Good breakfast at the adjoining inn. My comment about Gravesend in Q. 1 refers to the town which, in spite of some attractive features, is rather run-down. Singlewell is on the edge and is close to some attractive countryside.
