I had a very disturbed night, sleep interrupted at 3am by Staff talking loudly on the phone next to the room.
Staff was very friendly
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convienent.
The bed was abit uncomfortable the pillows gave set my neck off.
A nice clean comfortable room with the added bonus of nice reception staff and the attached beefeater was great with friendly staff.
The only down side was the other patrons talking outside our rooms window at 3am which really wasn't the hotels fault more like the ignorant guests.
Facilities were great. Quiet location. Excellent bar and restaurant next door. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The staff... they are sooooooo good
Location, enabled me to catch the early morning Eurostar without having to leave home at 3.00am in the morning. Much better to drive down late the night before, get a good nights sleep and then away on the Eurostar the following morning. Video monitoring of the car park by reception, to help stop car theft/damage
Nothing. All ok for me.
room very tired small tv kettle not enviromently friendly pub empty but took ages to get a beer and the food was overcooked and nearly cold. I counted 14 people in the bar including me and person I was with no excuses really, and no I didn't complain as ive stay at same hotel at least 3 times before and this is not the first time food has been poor. oh yes and I was told at the desk when checking in it was my first visit ????
very happy polite and very helpful staff very comfortable beds
The staff were very welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is great value for money and staff were very helpful. The room although basic were very clean and comfortable and for once, a hotel bathroom where there is actually space to place our toiletries.
Receptionist was super friendly and helpful
Staff extremely friendly. Best bed I ever slept in. Basic bedroom amenities but very clean and perfect to a trip where you will be out all day and return for a super nights sleep with fantasticly friendly staff.
No negativity. Very satisfied
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and very clean.
The noise was appalling from other people staying there. They had no consideration for others, they spoke loudly in the early hours. The people staying above us sounded line elephants all through the night. Someone was banging on something at odd hours throughout our stay.
The beefeater restuarant and bar next to the premier inn
Intercom in the rooms so you can call reception when you have a problem instead of coming out of your room with your children to reception.
Good location good parking Pub and restaurant in front
These rooms are alway to hot, needs airconditioning No chest of drawers
location for Ebbsfleet International was very good just a 5 minute drive the next day!
All quite adequate no negatives!
It was a lovely room, the staff were lovely and breakfast was great, very good value for.money.
Far too hot in the room and a fan is nowhere near good enough, I think they need to spend a bit on air conditioning, it was uncomfortable especially with huge thick winter duvets on the beds in august! We all slept outside the cover but were still very uncomfortable and didn't sleep well at all. We were glad that we had only booked for 2 nights
Ease of getting into town
Only 30 mins free wifi
Very friendly and courteous staff. Off-road location hence no noise. Very clean rooms. Very comfortable beds; and restful sleep.
Very quiet good nights sleep
Close to Ebbsfleet as we were travelling the next day. Staff helpful. Gave our boys some colouring crayons and pictures.
Room was just a little dated but was fine for one evening.
Clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. We were in a family room on ground floor so very easy access.
I am not a fan of Beefeater Restaurants, but accept that this is the set-up
Surprisingly nice building. Room and facilities were as expected and the bed was great.
Vending machine in reception was broken.
Staff was very helpful and kind. The bed was very comfortable gave a very good night sleep.
The TV is a bit small for watching from the bed.
Friendly helpful staff Excellent breakfast choices and quality of the food Excellent evening meal
