everything was good, that's why we now only ever book Premier
Helpful staff and location
Disabled bed has no support bar to grip to help getting out of bed
Everything very good staff exceptionally helpful
Not a dislike but oberservation We had room disabled access large room but heater too small for size better heating needed especially for disabled. Staff kindly supplied extra heater
This hotel offered us a clean and quiet place to stay the night during a long journey. There was a restaurant next door which provided a good meal at a reasonable price.
A bit out of the way.
The room and facilities were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There was no clock in the room but the front desk person did provide a timely wake up call.
Walk along the water at back of property, closeness to restaurant serving a delicious buffet breakfast, quiet area for a good nights rest
Beds could have been more comfortable
very good beds
pay for wifi and low flow showers
comfort cost staff ease of booking warm welcome cleanliness location parking proximity of facilities
We enjoyed a very comfortable night, and appreciated the welcoming and helpful desk staff. Especially important was the quiet room, because we needed a good rest after a long journey. We were very pleased with everything.
We found nothing lacking.
Rooms were excellent
Staff was friendly and helpful was a very pleasant stay.
Very comfortable bed. Clean, well equipped room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Convenient location. No unnecessary frills.
12 o clock checking out very Quiet. couldn't hear anything from next door room. staff were friendly but not overly do and I like that. I like being anonymous
Lack of unlimited wifi in bedrooms. If uve got it elsewhere such as thebar I can't see it being overly expensive to provide it on tap in the rooms. Is this intentional so as to persuade more people to spend money on food and drink?
We liked the comfort of the room.the adjoining Brewers Faye breakfast sets you up for the day.
Greenock is not that nice ,although the view over to Dumbarton is class.
Car parking, room and breakfast great
Distance from reception to the room
No telephone in room to contact reception, bit of a treck to reception, have to pay for wi-fi
Staff excellent and although initially we had been reserved a disabled room they immediately changed and gave us a lovely room overlooking the Clyde. Food in the brewers Inn great with very courteous staff
Room was great but maybe extra chairs would be nice
