Staff friendly food good prices reasonable hotel well situated
Staff were great. Room was good, beds for kids in family room were good, family rooms can be very basic but this was very good.
Everything but the noisy guests
The noisy guests wh seem to just let their children run around the rooms with no thought to others.
the comfort and the friendliness of the staff
Very clean and comfortable.

Comfortable bed pillow and lovely clean bAthroom tiles floor all good quality products and everything needed for an overnight cheap and cheerful Breakfast was delish
Only two sachet of coffee and smoking outside the front door was nasty
Staff, food, accommodation, everything, thanks soooo much:-))
Easy access. Nice clean room. Very quiet area.
would like a general lounge area to be able to sit around
This room must have been the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. It was perfect to stop over in before going to the airport.
Shower pressure was not huge.
Walking distance from car park to room
a bit noisy :-(
The family room was large and spacious, plenty of room for a family of 4.
If I went out at night i would need the key card to get back in, thus leaving everyone else in the room in darkness. At breakfast, when things ran out, we were left waiting for more to be cooked, it should be ready waiting to replace finished items.
All was brilliant
Sunday breakfast was not enough we had to wait.
Super smart clean room with great views. Lovely friendly staff, great value.
Long walk to alternative eateries if you're not keen on Brewers Fayre & Macdonalds..!
Convenience, easy to find, quad room.
Not a lot.
Great location with the hotel being located near the sea. Great sit out at the restaurant with a wonderful view of the sunset. They had a bouncing castle so my son had a great time. Good rooms with the facilities that you would expect
Breakfast not included but a few options in the vicinity so it was fine.
Location, value for money, comfort,
We went down for breakfast towards the end of breakfast time having gone to bed very late after the Commonwealth Games. My husband and I both ordered the porridge - unfortunately only one arrived. We then had to wait a further 10 minutes for the second portion.
Very clean; I think the wing we stayed in was almost brand new, lovely.
Very hot even with the window open. No air conditioning, there was a fan but this was a little noisy through the night.
Hotel and staff fantastic. Very friendly and informative. Would def recommend
Everything very good!
