Food and room were very good

It was so HOT. Very uncomfortable over night even with a fan on and the window open. The temperature outside dropped but my room remained very hot and stuffy. This hotel is desperate for airconditioning.

All the staff were very helpful, both for checking in and in the restaurant

Cab ordered by the hotel was very expensive - £20 for 3.5 mile journey!

The duty staff were first class

On a main road with only one way to go on exit; away from the town.

The receptionist was brilliant as were the staff in the restaurant. The room was great for what we wanted, clean, spacious and comfortable!

There was noise on our corridor in the middle of night, which disturbed us.

I Loved the FRIENDLY STAFF at the restaurant (which apparently is an outsourced facility and not part of the Premier Inn group) Meals were Lovely!!!!

There were very Unfriendly/ Cold staff manning the reception (two ladies to be specific).

All the staff were friendly and helpful with a good sense of humour. The room was comfortable and clean.

Signs for the main reception were confusing.

Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, quiet, nice food.

Very slow service in the resturant at lunchtime. No number of reception on the phone. Kettle didnt work, a replacement was obtained at 1.00am. TV didnt work, strange noise from behind headboard.

Having to go out in the rain to get breakfast and the brick speed humps that are too sharp.

The choice of pillows was great. Close proximity to the (twice yearly) gymnastics competitions at the Guildford Spectrum. Breakfast was available from 7am which is a massive improvement on last time and the grab and go breakfast idea is brilliant.

There was definitely room for improvement with the evening meal. We had to wait a long time between starters and main course. The food was only luke warm when it arrived. The chips were hard and really not very pleasant. Overall it was quite disappointing. I doubt we will eat dinner there next time. It was a shame because the waiting staff were lovely.

Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant reasonably priced and food of reasonable quality.

Reception, stairs and corridors were a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. Not much sound proofing between rooms and corridors.

Very comfortable bed aiding a good night's sleep. Great breakfast to start our day. Tea and coffee available in room. Plenty of extra bedding and towels. Good selection of TV channels.

Bar next door reasonable value. Hotel clean and value for money serves its purpose.

The bar however closed at 10 30 on Sunday. Staff were very eager to get the remaining customers to drink up not a customer friendly experience.

Staff & service were great. We left our laptop behind & staff had found it & handed it to reception- big thank you to that person who cleaned our room

Very close to the A3 and Guildford city centre, and the City Club.

far away from the city center, it is difficult to get a taxi or take-away.

The guy on reception who was called Daniel was very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Unfortunately I was disturbed by people in the next room and was given a total refund as per their policy. Also the restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive and the food was good value. Highly recommended.

Why dont you offer a small percentage of your rooms to have a late check out say 1800hours ( At an aditional charge of whatever)
