Would be better with more fresh salads on the menue. Not good menue for vegetarians.
Location. Convenient for our destination.
Very noisy. The bed was a small double not the kingsize in the adverts. Very basic in every way.
Room ist spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is located near city center of Guildford.
Our stay was spoilt by drunks from a wedding party, when we complained about the noise the receptionist was not really bothered nothing was done and they did not honour their good noght guarantee !
The nice restaurant.
I didn't like that there was not a loby for a coffee.
Bed, Receptionist, Service,
Only one comfortable chair Only one Hand towel Lift was very dodgy
The welcome; the room; breakfast.
Proximity to the road; stuffiness of the room - but a good night's sleep.
Stay was comfortable and good staff, food good
No where for a coach to park. And Could not get a evening meal until 9.30 pm no tables available
Car parking a bit disorganised
Friendly staff, comfortable room (standard Premier Inn) and good breakfast with attentive service.
Reception staff very good. Room was clean and tidy. Restaurant staff helpful, food was fine.
Its location to the sports center is ideal for us as we often attend sporting competitions there.
Being in a separate annexe and being put in a room for disabled people
Good location the size of the room was more than ample.
Our last stay here 1 year ago gave me the best nights sleep i had ever had, but this time that was not the case, the mattress was not as comfortable and my sleep was not as good as I hoped for! Sadly Beefeater has taken over the dining and this was terrible food but the staff were lovely and very attentive.
Rooms comfort location food
Customer service was awful .. was first told I didn't have a booking 'with no help to find out why' then it was!! Oh yes its here .. the restaurant service was awful ..they definitely have issues with organisation our evening was a total wash out and disappointment ..
Comfy beds, quiet, clean!
The staff were very polite and welcoming. Accommodation was very clean and in excellent condition. Loved the unexpected soft fluffy towels? Easy access to The Goodwood revival.
Very friendly, helpful staff. After talking to receptionist on checking out and being asked if we'd slept well I reiterated the issues we'd had and was immediately assured of a refund due to the policy of a guaranteed good sleep - this has indeed happened so for that I commend Premier Inn.?
As a late booker the only choice I had of a room was a disabled one. Small bed therefore poor nights sleep, room very cold when we walked in, linen felt almost damp due to temperature of the room, only set up for one person ie one towel etc despite booking for two people.
Staff were very friendly Room spotless
no proper twin rooms
We liked the closeness to the town, to the motorways, the friendliness, the cleanliness, the very helpful staff and the whole package!.
Getting a disabled room that entailed opening and shutting at least 6 doors to get to. SUGGESTION: Put all adapted rooms nearer the entry door !?
Very pleasant and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable and well equipped with toileteries and drinks. The breakfast in the Beafeater restaurant was excellent and the steaks that we had there on the evening were good value for money.
The television in the room was small and there was no anti-slip mat for the bath when using the shower. There was nowhere near enough car parking spaces near to the hotel. The initial appearance of the decor in the Beafeater restaurant was not very welcoming and the beer was flat, despite my specific request to ensure that it had a good 'head' on it.
Staff helpful breakfast quality very good
used cups not cleared from room during service staff overstretched for a very busy Sunday morning breakfast
Staff Beds TV too small Generally disappointed with the whole experience as we had to move rooms due to a mix up with our booking
