Premier Inn Hagley  

Lack of signage when approaching the hotel being just after the bend in the dual carriageway Breakfast good but as experienced in other Premier Inns the croissants are dreadful! LIKED THE FRESH FRUIT

Clean accomodation and pleasant and helpful staff. Good light proof curtains. Good value breakfast nicely prepared with prompt and friendly service.

Mattress was too hard for us so we had difficulty sleeping and had aching joints the next day. For this reason we would not use Premier Inns again except in a dire emergency.

The welcome from Victoria on reception, taking time to speak directly to our 5 and 7 year olds about their day at wmsp and being genuinely interested, and going along with the plastic Leema trying to check in! Bless her. All the staff were more than happy to help. Our 3rd Premier in stay, first time here. Would highly recommend for Safari Park base, not too far, clean comfortable hotel, good pub, great customer service.

There was a constant clicking noise coming from the thermostat that kept me and my partner awake all night. Banging noise from the radiator. No one on the desk in the evening

Excellent Friendly, Helpful and efficient Staff

Approachimg from Birmingham side of the road it is quite difficult to see the Premier Inn Sign as you are approaching the Roundabout.

Receptionist was very rude when trying to overcharge us, eventually refunded an hour later. Was also told my card was declined when there was nothing wrong with it, but didnt get an apology!

Good value hotel. Clean, efficient, no frills as with all Premier Inns. Comfortable bed, quiet, but no bathrobe or fancy toiletries. No nasty surprises with this chain so far :-)

Even though I had phoned to check that our rooms would be ready at 2 as we needed to get ready for a wedding we had to wait until after 3

As it says on the can, it does as it says Will stay again if the need arises

Signposting from the road. Because the hotel is located just after bend on the road (which is quite a fast road) there is no warning that you are approaching the hotel.I Missed if first time and nearly missed it again the 2nd time. I only knew I had missed it because I saw the Beefeater and was told by a colleague that it was next door to a Beefeater

The room was large, neat and clean.
