New and fresh room Comfortable bed
Towels need to be replaced as are quite old Far from center No elevator No amenities
24 hour reception, location, soundproofed windows - no noise from cars departing other guests arriving etc, comfortable bed, clean and fresh decor and bathroom, convenient parking.
No wifi included in the price. Next door pub a bit ramshackle for breakfast with dated utensils for coffee etc. Impossible to get a hot coffee from the flasks provided. The breakfast experience was well below that which we enjoyed recently at the Birmingham premier Inn which has its own modern and purpose built restaurant.
Clean room, comfy bed, good shower.
Lack of communication about beefeater next door. Don't book a table through reception - just turn up and you can eat the same menu in the bar.
Comfort of room Staff very helpful and friendly
Quiet location & helpful staff, with an excellent pub next door
No drinks machine in the hotel, though it is possible to buy them in the pub next door. The thermostat in the room was noisy and, being located on the wall next to the bed, disturbed us at times.
The helpful staff and the facilities nearby.
Having stayed in 2 premier inns on consecutive days, the inconsistency of the room sizes and some available features.
The beds were very comfortable and the room was very nice, large tv with a good selection of channels.
The heating was not working and the room was very cold, the reception handed a heater to us when we complained that warmed the room but in such cold weather conditions I would assume that this was one of the priorities.
You know what you are getting with Premier regarding bed, shower and facilities
My room was cold. The heater was placed under a window and the heat disappeared behind the curtain. I was shivering and found that following a shower I was very uncomfortable. Also the bed cover had something which I can only describe as dried nose emission. I found sleeping and trying to keep away from the offending mark difficult and did not sleep well at all. After speaking to the desk clerk in the morning, I was informed it was glue from packaging. Shame, if I had known I might have slept better
lady on reception was very helpfull and frienly
lady in dining room rude and abrupt bedroom was cold the air con dint work there was a real bad smell in bedroom not constant it may have been drain /?
Lovely room, comfortable bed, perfect blackout curtains, hearty breakfast... What more can one ask!
The thermostat in the room presets to a lower temperature overnight which makes the room cold! Happened on two different rooms.
Best placed I've stayed in Harlow, lovely location
Clean, spacious room. Quiet location. Very friendly, professional staff. Great advice on suitable menu choices for one member of our group who has a food allergy. Best food I've had at a Beefeater, both evening meal and breakfast. Would use again.
good parking and restaurant on site
nodrawers. no shaver socket in room or bathroom.
Main bed was comfortable. Rooms were quiet.
Quad bedroom pull out bed was very uncomfortable.
Onsite Brewers Fare Good hearty breakfast Value meal option
Paying for WiFi - 30 minutes free isn't nearly enough. In today's technical age a hotel chain like Premier Inn should make WiFi free throughout.
Brand new room. Pleasant staff.
Distance to the room from reception. Left for the airport without breakfast I had stupidly bough a voucher for after waiting 25 mins after ordering and asking would they please help me and just put together what they had ready.
+ friendly, helpful staff + convenient location + spacious room + excellent cleanliness + very good restaurant next door (Beefeater)
- room next to staircase and unfortunately, rather loud at times; thus our suggestion to ask for a room on the first floor
The relative quiet, at night. The parking space - although if you arrive back late (say after 5 PM) it can be a walk to the car spaces left.
Bed too high and mattress too hard. Pillows will only suit people who like fat ones - can be tough on some people's eyes. Only one chair. Room very small for two people. Only one bath towel and one hand towel for two adults.
The staff is fairly warm.
The carpet was are dirty. Room is dinghy Feels unsafe
Most comfortable hotel beds ever slept in Warm room
Room too small Location- too far from activities No facilities ie lounge/foyer Beefeater wasn't pleasant- very run down and food wasn't great
Breakfast Bed Room
staff service excellent and friendly
breakfast coffee weak and teasteless
Choice of pillows
Room so far away from t he receptio and no phone. We only had one towel in the room so no phone was a problem. Only 30 min wifi was rather mean. Most places it is now free
I've stayed there with my family. everything went quite well. I've no difficulties to drive to Standsted and also to London.
If there is somethings to say I about the hotel is about a bathroom extractor fan. It was a little noisy.
