good location, facilities as you would expect clean comfy room, good value for money, staff in the restaurant very helpful.
as we checked out reported to staff the next morning that no heating had been on since getting up 18c, they just said thanks for reporting it and they will have a look at it." but did you get a good nights sleep!"
Staff facilities and friendliness
Everything was just as you would expect. - Excellent!

We liked the rooms and the lovely restaurant attached. The food was ver good.
staff beds tea making breakfast made to fill very welcome
Spacious room handy pub/restaurant next door nice reception staff very handy for work visit
Having an extra large family room was really good - normally the beds take up the whole room but here we still had plenty of space to move around.
Food,comfortable bed, lovely staff.
The room was really really warm, I was reluctant to open the window saying the draft was on my son but had no choice, the room we had stayed at 25 degrees! Had fan on and window open all night and didn't change temperature. When I brought to attention of staff they said it was warm night and they didn't have hearing on??
Easy to get to and lots close by.
Floors in the above room noisy, also heard people in the bathroom. Kept us awake, so resorted to earplugs.
It was clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable and the staff were really helpful when it was discovered there was no hairdryer in room.
Don't like to be on the ground floor because that is where they put the people with children. Friend woken up at 5.50 am by children running about either upstairs or in the room next door.
the breakfast and the sunday receptionist.waitress in the restaurant..car parking for disabled recreation area in the restaurant.lunch was a good variety and plenty enough portions.
broken toilet fan noisy in bathroom, bed very very lumpy and old, carpet thread bear.view of a brick wall very claustrophobic.asked for pillows and was asked why do you need extra.was told we had only booked a twin when we booked a quad room.told we would be arriving early around 1pm and was told the room wasn't ready and wouldn't be until after 2pm.even though i had informed them we would be early, spoke down to me in front of other guest.shocking customer service on saturday....
All staff vey helpful, but Leona was exceptional. Thank you
No complaints, other than.....wish we had it at the cheaper rate.
Quiet location, great food and friendly staff. Close proximity to train station for easy transport to and from local areas of interest was a bonus. Room was an excellent size and the bed very comfy. We would definitely stay here again.
Can't think of anything we didn't like about staying at this location.
Very friendly and very helpful staff, sorted out an early check in for us so we could get changed for a wedding and were generally very pleasant and helpful.
The staff, the location the room
Given the heat air conditioning would have been good, the fan didn't really cool the room for sleeping. Half an hour free wifi wasn't really enough. An hour spread over a twenty four hours would have been better.
Friendly welcome. Value for money. Great quiet location, next door to wonderful Italian restaurant
No air conditioning, uncomfortable additional Bed for children
We stayed at the Premier Inn to watch the Tour de France and enjoyed our stay so much we are planning on going back before Christmas.
There was nothing we disliked.
lovely staff both reception and bar staff , very friendly and helpful. clean comfortable rooms
location not the best
Excellent location for getting in and out of Harrogate. Very pleasant staff. No unnecessary frills.
No air conditioning - would have been really good in the heat wave. (Premier Inn were, however, very thoughtful and provided a fan, as well as sheets for guests to sleep under in the hot weather).
Reception Size of room Car parking
The bed The duvet Small supply of coffee/tea - ie had to chose whether to have a drink in th evening or in the morning
Staff went out of their way to help us e.g. allowed an early check-in, arranged a taxi. We were given cotton bed sheets as an alternate to duvet - . A fan was placed in our room, as there was no air conditioning - and it worked well.
There was nothing to dislike at this Premier Inn.
Excellent room facilities and restaurant, but the outstanding aspect was the helpful staff.
Helpfull friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Hotel was full (Tour de France weekend) but so quiet at night. Good food and lovely staff at Table Table restaurant. We had a superb time all round.
Friendly helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast. Room clean. Good location.
Lack of plug sockets in room!
