Thought the stuff and food were really amazing.
I found the room strongly smelt of stail cigarettes, I spray the room constantly but couldn't get rid of the smell. Also wish there was option for water in the room.
easy and quiet location, restaurant adjoining
felt like it was an effort for dining room staff to provide service beds soft and not supportive
Fab customer service, lady at check in was very helpful Room lovely and clean, fab stay
Good location, friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, very good facilities.
Breakfast excellent, closeness to ferry good, service in restaurant good,
Réception obviously inexperienced, although asked for quiet room, got one opposite main road no alarm service for early morning ferry, very noisy bed and mattres
Friendly Staff. Restaurant next doorwith good reasonably priced food. Some WiFi
Only 30 minutes free WiFi.
room size, quietness
lights above desk not bright enough for comfortable working/reading; one light above bed broken
Hotel, staff at hotel, clean rooms, parking
Breakfast, paid for two hot breakfasts, they forgot the scrambled eggs with one of them, the omelet that was ordered was black on the outside and not cooked properly inside (picture available). Complained and all I got was 'oh you want another one'....(not even an apology). Didn't trust the chef here so went for continental breakfast instead, which was fine.
Proximity to port
Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. Location suited for last minute shopping of holiday supplies.
The service from the night clerk as well as the day time clerk. They were very helpful in giving advice and providing information.
I did not like the matrasses, as they were to soft, and also that I was not offered free WiFi.
Reception Staff very helpful and restaurant staff friendly
The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very nice
No Free wifi
The staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful. The room was beautifully furnished and maintained, the double bed was very comfortable, with a decent bathroom. Can't say enough good about it. This was the best room I stayed in for a month of travel.
Nothing, absolutely nothing!
Premier Inn commits itself to offer 'a good night's sleep'. Guaranteed! They more than lived up to its promise. Posters urge punters to be queit in hallways so as not to disturb those asleep. Comfy beds, cosy room, ample facilities and good food made our stay a happy one!
Not so much to do with the hotel: when using public transport it takes a bit of planning ahead. Trains to London leave only every hour with a change at Manningtree. Hardly any bus service to the station. On the other hand, the 20 minutes walk might do one good! All in all it didn't interfere with our excellent experience while staying at Premier's!
Good size clean room , lovely friendly staff , receptionist was lovely and friendly
Nothing all good
Bed is so comfortable and soft. Wish we could take the bed with us!
Nothing really, but it would have been nice if there was a spa/gym facilities.
We did enjoyed stay & everything is good for us both which we have no complaint about it

I dislike Damp hotel ha ha
the rooms were clean, the staff brilliant and food was ok
I was so impressed by just how helpful everyone was, the ladies on the front desk, restaurant staff, everyone. I have to apologise for losing the paper I wrote all their names down on. If I still had it I would have named them all!
Nothing not to like!
Very close to the port. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good beakfast included in price. Large rooms. Took taxi to restaurant in Harwich called Thai up at the quay. It was excellent well worth the taxi fare.
no luggage trollies but staff did help us get our luggage to the lift and into our room.
My wife & I (along with two friends) stayed over night at the Premier Inn. Then joined our cruise ship at Harwich the following morning. I left my car parked at the Premier Inn for the duration of our cruise (at a very reasonable cost) The four of us found our over night stay and evening meal at the Premier Inn Harwich very good. The staff were excellent in sorting our two taxi's for the trip to docks.
ideally situated for cruise
