Very clean and tidy hotel. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast (if included) consists of very many possibilities. Close to the Stenaline ferry and the railway station. Except when traveling and needing to be close to the Stenaline or railway station there are not many reasons to stay here. It is practical, but the surroundings are not especially worth seeing.

The room was comfortable and although the booking was initially wrong as only a double bed had been prepared when the booking was for a family the receptionist was quick to rectify the problem. The restaurant attached was good for a family with very swift service even during a busy friday night rush. Breakfast the following morning was good and quick to get as we had a ferry to catch! overall the hotel was of a good standard for the price paid and we would use it again should we be catching another ferry from this terminal, i would be happy to recommend it to other people. the booking was for a family room as we were travelling with our two sons but although the booking stated for four only a double bed had been made up! It would perhaps be a good idea if the chamber maids used their initiative when looking at the booking sheet and checked how many beds needed to be made up, if they were unsure!!

Very well located and easy to find. Friendly helpful staff. Ideal for ferry and cruise ports. Very nice restaurant with good service. Good parking. Very clean and good room size. Noise of constant heavy footfall carried through from the room above during the evening. That stopped later and sleep was not affected.

Short walk to the international port and only a few dollar cab ride if you have a bit of luggage. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great for a few extra dollars.

Very clean and comfortable with good parking. The hotel is situation on the outskirts of Harwich and it was quiet which is what we like. There was a Brewster attached to the hotel which was great for food and enjoyed a freshly cooked breakfast. more tea and milk in the room, but the lovely receptionist did get us more.

Travelling with a 6 week old baby can be stressful. Premier Inn staff made our late night check in fast and efficient so that my hungry boy was fed and in bed quickly. My lost toothbrush was quickly remedied by a trip to reception where all manner of replacement items were available. Quad room was clean and very spacious. Bed was comfortable and the vast choice of pillows available made for a comfortable nights sleep. If only there was room service for food!
