Room was very comfortable - Staff very friendly and welcoming. The shower mixer tap on the bath seemed to have a mind of its own and it was very difficult to set a temperature.

Large, spacious, modern rooms. Quality TV. Friendly staff. Adjoining restaurant facilities. Loved the hotel but did not like the town of Hastings.

Good value hotel, decent facilities and a decent base for sightseeing locally. It's quite noisy if your room is near the stairs or fire doors in the corridor but no different to any other Premier Inns

Comfort of beds, quilts, pillows, very warm and cosy. Clean and tidy. Lovely pub with child's area. Wonderful and yummy breakfast with lots of choice. Very creaky floor boards. Couldn't turn the heating down so our room was quite hot all night.

Friendly staff, comfortable room. On a personal note, the pillows were too soft, we are used to much firmer pillows, so we were unable to get a good nights sleep even though the bed was very comfortable.

God reliable accomodation. Excellent breakfast with friendly chatty helpful staff Very noisey next door neighbours. Around 20:30 - had to turn up tv. It was early - so no fuss made. They got louder and louder and were still going at 02.30. If we had a phone in the room we would have called them and reception!. We did tell the receptionist in the morning.

Room clean, comfortable. Good value. Bar/restaurant area crowded, noisy and chaotic. No slimline tonic. Draught beer of indifferent quality. We booked a table, but then decided to eat out.

Hotel in general was very good and food was also spot on. Unfortunately the room we stayed in was very cold, the heating could not cope with the chill of the building being situated on the windy side of the building . The bathroom had no heating or heated rail and was extremely cold and never did get warm...this spoiled what was a otherwise a clean and comfortable bedroom. Plan B would have been to supply a spare portable heater but unfortunately this was not vailable.

Continuous humming noise throughout the night which kept us awake. Disorganised dining during breakfast - lack of buffet supplies and had to ask constantly if they were going to replenish missing items, ie:eggs, beans, bacon and mushrooms! Staff miserable with the exception of Reception which was probably because they were the same staff who had worked the previous night so were obviously tired. Have sent my complaint to Premier Inn but have not had the courtesy of a reply. I will never stay here again.
